They are really very helpful to describe all the things about the products. Frankly speaking, I'm quite surprised to see a few bad reviews about them as they are not like that they described. I approached them for my drone servicing. I found only them over the internet for DJI servicing. From the very first call, they were supportive. They asked me to carry the drone for checking then kept it for verifying the problem which is a very normal process.
