G V Resorts - Mountain To Cherish - Hotel in Yercaud - Salem, India

One of the worst resort I have visited my life. Even it's not even worth of lodge. They have charged us for extra bed but they never gave, when we asked about this she was saying that bed was not available. Room was not good there are blood stains in quilt and bed cover. No proper room service no proper guidance. Please if you want some good time never ever stay in this resort.

nwan - Never never never stay in this property 1. The property is far from the Centre. So you can't buy anything incase of emergency. 2. The Staffs were so rude. 3. No front office to receive the guest. Some unprofessional and untrained staffs will receive you at the entrance gate and They were disgusting people 4. The beds and pillows provided were stingy 5. No regular electricity supply and water supply 6. No kitchen as mentioned in the property description 7. The water smelled like rotten carcass of rat 8. No emergency vehicles available in the property. When we complained about all the above issues, noone responded properly. The staffs in entrance gate don't care about the guest's complaints. If you get upset because of the above mentioned issues, they will get angry and argue with you like fish market. When we asked the entrance gate housekeeping lady and the rude male staff about all the issue, they said that "they are just workers. So they can't fix any issues in the hotel". JUST TO SAVE FEW HUNDREDS, DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. THIS PROPERTY WILL MAKE YOUR VACATION HELL

Hope less service. An uneducated lady or may be she was a sweeper was incharge while we visited for rooms . Rooms were not good stinky, non painted , no flush lever for toilet , evening was worst . We drove few off-road to reach this please. And later we decided to leave and got a best place near the lake in the city. I give 0 star rating.

Vera nice property and nice location. Staff are Very helpfull and kindly treat the guest. Also rooms are Very nice and clean. It's a good place to stay with your family.

Stayed with my friends , College reunion was happened in GV resorts , we stayed around 2 days . memorable trip , room views are good , Camp fire is very good we stayed during full moon day it was lovable stay recommended for everyone

Lets start with check in. We called the property and asked if we can check in early they said come. Once we reached. They took the payment and asked to wait. Lucky after enough waiting one room was given as we bool 2 rooms. Rooms: Never even dusted after buying the place. Bed sheets have stains, dust every where. Bubblegum sticked on the windows. No dustbin. Altogether it could have been a 4star properly if it was maintained properly. Staff have no interest. Bathrooms are again dirty and not cleaned(never cleaned) Will never recommend for a family.

Very nice Stay happy we are stayed very comfortable and happy to say enjoy our holidays garden area food arrangements are good staff are friendly maintained the hotel

WORST Service.. If v write review like this owner ll come and say v r telling Lie and v have not booked.. V booked directly by phone call... They received 10000 for 2 rooms. But if v book via online it is Rs 1500 per room only.. I don't know y they receiving more amt.And keen in confirming the amount received to them... But Tv was not working in one room V informed many times they didn't care at all. No water bottles in room No soap brush provided A couple workers struggling to handle whole rooms but no other extra staffs More power cuts at night
