I had gone to this restaurant to have lunch. I wanted to have jeera rice but they denied saying it wasn't available. I was surprised that they didn't have a basic food item like rice. I ordered 1 plain maggie which was overly cooked. The main thing that disappointed me most was the girl working there who was supposed to clean tables. The table we sat on was not cleaned properly so we asked her to clean it to which she gave a mean expression saying she has cleaned it and it doesn't requir cleaning again. We could have moved to other table but it was pretty hot that day and table was faced right under a fan so we asked her again politely to clean the table. Finally she did but only half of the table

Rooms are good but service is slow and poor. No water bottles and toiletries. I would suggest not to eat in their restaurant and get your meal from somewhere else as there are plenty of good food options . Why not in their restaurant because of 3 main reasons : 1) Service is slower than a because of limited staff, you need to wait a lot. 2) Prices are not high but more than economic or standard street restaurant in Amritsar 3) Portion size is small - roti is leaner than a paper - and if you are hungry you can grab 20+ as a single one is a single bite.

One of the best Hotel's to stay in when in Amritsar! No doubt at all- from clean room's to the clean bathrooms, hot water and showers the service was phenomenal, the Owner is Amazing. The hotel manager Manpreet singh is genuine and on top of his game. The restaurant portion is just as great as everything else. Great food and servers, an overall great experience, they have great staff and all accommodations needs will be provided.

This Hotel is Very Nice . New Hotel Pandit Uncle Is Very Nice Person . All Staff As A Pakistani Tourist I really Enjoyed There lovely Environment too much love from Pandit Uncle Care. I still Remember he Served Food late Night. Restaurant was Closed . As A Foreigner, Tourists you must Stay There..

Though it looks like it is newly constructed . But the air conditioners were malfunctioning in a couple of rooms we had. The rooms lack ventilation and for some reason the air conditioner are placed right at the head of bed and they make annoying noise and throw air directly in your face as you try to sleep. The manager does not have spare keys and if you lock your keys in the room it's bet you and God then . The food in house restaurant is pathetic and lassi is very disgusting. Cold coffee tasted like muck . Also this property is located on the far side of city ie nearly 5 kms away from Railway station and Harmandir sahib. So it will take around 30 mins for you to get a auto or taxi to get there. In conclusion avoid food at all cost and stay only if you have no other options.

This hotel cheats people let them book through OYO & when you go to hotel they deny giving room & ask Rs800 more to give room when you speak to customer care they also deny that they can help you. I would highly suggest don't book room with OYO, or speak to hotel to ensure your booking is done. This is similar to all hotels with OYO tie up.

This place had a far more better food and service than a fully featured restaurant. Neat and clean rooms and extremely friendly staff. Don't worry about anything, this place has got all the accomodations covered.

This is really nice restaurant and food is so delicious room service is excellent We stayed here for 2 night and the manager is so kind,he let us check in early morning and arranged city tour at very cheap price and free transfer to golden temple Highly recommend this place
