Technically it is not right to rate a hospital, but still sharing my experiences. Went here for my wife's delivery. Good care overall, and mid range hospital. Neo-natal ICU not available, but otherwise most facilities available. Pharmacy available inside but only have medicine related to child birth and related treatment. Friendly doctors.
They never respond properly. They will ask us to come their promises continuously. They have worst scanner and not scanning properly. I took same scan outside it shows awesome. The doctor was talking very fastly even if she know we don't understand what he's saying. Please tell patient what it is actually. Not satisfied with their services. Makkale please don't go there for pregnancy confirmation.
Kind hearted person, straight to the point. I had done ectopic surgery for my wife, her rapid thinking and efforts saved my wife's life. Arranged the entire surgery within an hour (Covid Test + Blood + Thyroid) everything, and I am forever thankful to her. The ambience is clean and tidy. But little expensive.
They never wait for normal delivery. And the cost is too high. This hospital is listed under star health insurance cashless treatment. But they never allowed cashless treatment. The bill summary which they given is non-claimed category. My C-section delivery cost was around Rs. 77000/-. But I got my claimed amount is only 50000/-. My worst experience in that hospital. Since there is no option to give 0 star i am giving one star.
Dr Radhika baskar is good and best doctor I have ever met she is so friendly and positive doctor. She always encourage in normal delivery. This doctor also cares every patient and I would suggest this doctor for my friends and family.

Dr Radhika Baskar is just awesome. She is so friendly and we are free to ask our doubts to her. Hospital environment and staff nurse is just superb. Especially I would lik to say about the staff nurses tey are just great. Those who want normal delivery, just you can visit the hospital blindly. My wife gave normal birth to boy baby with great help of Dr Radhika. They gave utmost care to the patient. It is quite costly compared to other hospitals but really worth of it. Doctor prefers only normal delivery.
Dr Radhika become my family doctor and I am glad to say this ! Trust is something on which we built the relationship since 2007 with us and the Hospital! Never thought of taking photos there next time will surely post pictures
