This is an online examination centre just opposite to star mall. The facility is not well equipped , there is no AC , only ceiling Fans are there. One can feel suffocation during summer. There are only two washrooms , one for male and another for female. Drinking water facility is there Baggage facility is available at ground floor Behaviour of the staffs is very good Direction : Take a train from sealdah upto Hridaypur , after coming out from station premises take a TOTO , it will charge 15 rs/person and 15 mins hardly ro reach the centre.Just say them you want to go Star Mall Bus stoppage is also same Star Mall.

Worst experience ever. Mouse, monitor was not working properly. Even the staffs were not well educated to guide such online exams.

No Ac inside only fans , it's too hot in this summer , but fans are working properly and I didn't find any computer issues. Behaviour of the staff is also good and very rapid management.Thanks. Take the L-238 bus from howrah station which will drop you just in front of the future stairs and take 1.15 hr from Howrah station. The place is good , it has a big mall in front , where parents can spend their time.

Very uncomfortable rooms for conducting exam...in the hall they make all to sit, the room is full of computers and there is no AC! In this heat they're not even trying to maintain properly the machines. The fans do not work properly, I felt breathlessness there as if the air is only hot and no oxygen. Felt unusual and sick. Bad exam centre. The room where AC is allotted, the invigilators were sitting there. We were suffocating and sweating profusely. The computer stopped in between the exam. Worst experience ever.

Worst exam center ever. Computer are stopped many times during exam. Buffering many times during exam. There fore stuffs are not so able to solving problem quickly. Parking space and sitting places are not available. Waiting hall and no toilet is available near exam center.

This is the worst exam center among the faulty exam centers that CSIR arranges for few years. How come they take 1200+ exam fee and give us a exam center that is on first floor in the month of june(now heatwave alert is going on in the state) in the 2nd shift that starts from 3 pm and gate opening time is 1 pm. So for 5 hours without ac in a room full of computers and with only some ceiling and wall hanging fans which was also not enough for the no of students in the room. They have 2 rooms here on first floor, one is big and other is small. In the big room it is equipped with some exhaust fans with ceiling fans like it is not an exam center, some factory. Right in the middle of your exam, computer can get hanged and you have run through the center. Because they have so less invigilator that it will not be enough for two rooms full with around 300 plus students. In this way 5-10 mins got wasted of mine. Then they shifted me to another computer, then i have to take all my things and concentrate myself again to finish the exam. If you get this as your exam venue then be prepare for these and all other things others have pointed out. This 1 star only justifies because the staffs here are well behaved and polite and more or less clean toilet is available in both rooms. And a note for owner of this property, my exam went well make a better excuse for your incompetency. Nowadays Kindergarten kids give better excuse than yours

Horrible experience during CSIR NET exam. The invigilators were extremely unprofessional and uncooperative with candidates. They were simply ignoring us, while using mobile phone and talking loudly in their duty hours. The computers were not working properly. Though the centre have 200+ computers including two labs but they don't have any AC. Heat from the machines making it completely unbearable for the candidate in this 40degC summer. Also the fans were not working properly. NTA should choose wisely before alloting any random centres.
