Visited in dec 2021, service was good, so visited now again, little disappointed. Had long hair, asked for a long layer cut . But made more like a step cut with more layers that is making hair look curly while i have naturally straight hair. Salon is good with reasonable pricing but they should pay more attention to what the customer want specifically. Any cut with blow dry would look great, but the hair cut looks different after the setting is gone. Pics: with and without blow dry

Last month I had hair colour and keratin worth 4500/- it's very expensive now it's fading withing 25 days Not worth to colour hair at 1000/- cost instead use vip hair colour of only 50/- it's worth more than 45 days and very affordable . Keratin also not up to the mark . Very very dissapointed with the service here as they are making fool to everyone

No proper service is being given, according to your commitment which had done while giving the card Whenever the customers cll for the appointment the number will be off/not-reachable. For all the card holders please take an action on this problem. Even staff is ignoring customers whenever they visit. So please don't waste your valuable money on these kind of offers.
