This is a good service center I have seen fusion Hyundai suchitra. The service provided by technicians and excellent floor incharge KHAN sir.working floor is very neat. front office staff is very communicative explanation of problems in vehicle is very effectively.recieving to the customers with very good manner standard quality products provided.

I had given my car for service, I had fixed my appointment prior visiting. They had assigned the advisor & I was informed via text message. Everything was taken care the moment I entered service centre. Advisor Praveen had taken care about every detail and ensured service was completed on time. Technician Abhinai had explained me about the vehicle condition and was very patient. Supervisor ChandraShekar who takes care of water cleaning department is very polite and took care of every vehicle. I had asked for Teflon coating and I am completely satisfied with overall service.

Came to take the estimation for servicing of my grand i10 car, i regularly gave my service in lakshmi Hyundai for last 7 years, want to compare and thought to give my car service in fusion , i didn't get any proper service in front desk and least bothered to generate business ..

I had sent my black Verna for painting to Fusion at suchitra. The first rains after that, paint started getting white patches. They took the car back saying it was a problem with the Teflon coating they had done. A month later without even using the car, the paint now has bubbles on the body. This time the manager at Suchitra branch, who was very rude, says they paint 300 cars, it's a problem with your car none of the other cars have this problem. They outsource the painting and charge a bomb for it but can't get it right. Then they blame the customer. Seems like they are getting the job done from the roadside at a cheaper rate and pocketing the rest of the money. And the manager doesn't know how to talk to the customers.

Fake 5star ratings given in reviews...dont believe them .....service is pathetic...they are only good at generating bills... >> Update::: to your response Not bothered about customers time....dont take up a job if you cant fulfil.... >> will never recommend anyone
