I am staying here since Aug 2019. Office bearers are only greedy about money, they don't care about any complaints and pending work to be finished. Every Flat has seepage issue and has been observed because of low quality of cements being used. Also the parking is not organized properly, there is no dedicated parking for each flat. I would recommend you not to purchase any property here.

Very nicely designed and developed society connected with most of the roads of Raipur. Interior and build quality is also very good. Must live place if you are looking to relocate.

I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THIS SOCIETY SINCE ONE YEAR AFTER BUYING A FLAT IN GT Construction quality is extremely poor. each and every room has seepage issue. Walls are not strong enough to nail. Extremely dis satisfied

Good housing society at a very well connected location. The flats are well designed. All the facilities are easily accessible. The common areas are well maintained

Parking facility is not good

One of the worst and pathetic service , they treat like professional to you but they don't even know the meaning of professionalism.only greedy about advance money.
