Function fit gym is the best gym in Lucknow. I was once advised by the doctor not to lift weights due to slip disc but then I joined function fit and slowly slowly now i got recovered from slip disc. The owners and the trainers here helped me so much in my journey. I love working out here and would suggest everyone to join . I also feel very safe here.

The environment here is very friendly , the workouts are very different and it helped me in my journey of fat loss. I feel more confident now in my day to day life. The mentors here are very professional and friendly. The gym is also very safe for women. Thank you Function fit!!

It has been 3 months with function fit and overall experience is awesome. They have professional and well trainer who provides personal attention to each individual. They have different sets of exercises every day which makes workout interesting.

Very good environment of the gym. Trainers are very friendly and supportive. They fully focus on your training. I'm very happy to be part of it.

This review is analogous to that of Indian express reviews, critical and very unlike of any page 3 periodical. I will be dividing this review in parts. A. who should NOT join this gym 1. One who wants to pay hefty price for personal training in any fancy gym because here you will get PT like experience at gym subscription only 2. One who enjoys brimming/overcrowded gym 3. One who enjoys the nagging owners/gym coaches for pushing them to buy supplements 4. Who don't care to cool down, post workout because many fancy gyms won't care for that, nor insist upon it. Here it is compulsory phenomena. 5. one who thinks that only body building is fitness, this gym is big no for them B. Who should join this gym 1. One who wants to learn/reviewed for --- correct posture and form on a daily basis 2. one who understand fitness is much more than crafted bodybuilding for contest like physique. 3. one who wants to develop strength, stamina and flexibility. 4. one who wants to enjoy the benefits of plyometric training 5. one who enjoys certain daily task in their exercise schedule with an element of surprise. 6. one who wish to know their progress on regular interval both in terms of inner strength/stamina and bio markers. C. Issues well this is only a personal observation. Since they operate in batches, for all good reasons. However, sometime one might not be available for slot-training . I hope and wish that in their new branch they have an extra space for those individuals.

The place is really good, and different from traditional Gym. They have good trainers who are involved with you during training and guide you. They have various activities like boxing, mma, dance , yoga , functional training weight training. Really Good place for fitness training.

It has been about a week since I joined. The vibes are a bit different here from other gyms. There's a lot more focus on agility, endurance and athletic performances. Overall the experience has been very good and the time management helps a lot with a busy lifestyle. Five stars from my side.
