Now the Name has changed to Cardea. In Kompally, this is one of the best in class GYM for both Men and Women. Few good things about this GYM: 1. Very spacious gym with state of the art equipment. 2. Trainer are well trained and supportive. 3. Personal training is very effective at a very nominal price. 4. They always have attractive packages for the new clients. 5. In personal training they have a mix of Cross-Fit as well as regular gym exercise which is a good combination to build stamina and body. 6. If you are coming here by car or two wheeler then parking shouldn't be the problem as they have good space for parking. 7. For me the location is great : Near to my Home

Gym is very spacious, well trained fitness coach are also available, if you are looking for serious transformation then this place is right for you. As compared to other gym it is economical. I have been training from past 8 months in this gym and its amazing.

Post to readjusting my priorities and deciding to sign up for a gym class, 'Funct Fit Studio' has been my absolute regret-free choice. I've been working out here for about 4 months, and my body feels incredible adapting to the fitness routine customised for me. Offering a wide range of activities (zumba, crossfit, kickboxing, strength training and sooo many more), this gym is adequately equipped providing a clean ample setting to work out without feeling confined (so formal lol :p). I must specify that the client-instructor co-ordination is truly brilliant. I personally was never into any kind of fitness (struggles featuring lazy people), and now, oddly enough, I don't complain showing up for a morning sweat, calorie-blasting, work out sesh. Kudos to the professional and proficient trainers, my motivation remains stable (special mention: Santosh & Sam, you guys are the most impressive instructors). This definitely is the place for those who are looking forward to keep-fit.

The gym is flexible in every aspect and trains according to your personal needs Timings are also flexible When it comes to the trainers there are more than 4 trainers per session and From my experience if you want to hustle really check out for two trainers( Koti & Kiran) who put you in a situation where you out do yourself....
