Dear Parents, Don't waste your hard earned money in fun unlimited. Totally disappointed with the recent price hike. It's 200% to 250% price hike. If it is 10% or 20% we agree. But massive price hike killing the customer experience. Management please rethink and do the needful. Recent days parents' blindly spending on these stuffs. Please be causious and spend something worth instead of wasting in fun unlimited. And staff behaviour sucks. They not even listen and totally no interest to work.
Extremely dangerous, my shirt tore and I got hurt on the back with blood dripping. If you are less than 5'5, in one part there's a nail which can poke your eye. The management didn't care about this.
Today, I had an opportunity to visit Fun Unlimited along with friends and their family members. We had a really fun time n enjoyed a lot. There are reasonable no of games for kids in affordable prices. We played bowling , yeah really nice.
Best please to spend weekend... Prize vise Ok for it...
I need to complain about the supervisor Mr Jeeva. ( Did not know where to do it so doing it here). Due to his unverified acquisition of telling me and my kids had taken the tickets from the play machines hole rather than winning them. Sequence of events as follows.... My both daughters finished a game and collected tickets(I had recharged for 2000Rs on the same day) Mr Jeeva came with his subordinates suddenly asked me how u got the tickets. I said thru the game. But he said we had pulled it from the machine.( Accusing us in front of his employees without confirming the same). I told to take out the camera record and show us, got really really angry and told him I shall go to court. After he apologizing I just came without making a complaint to the higher authorities. For higher authorities in fun unlimited. Please warn and train the supervisor, this is not a small thing he has done.I will take it to hights. Any person should not blame or accuse anyone without any proof.

Good place to entertain your kids, gotta recharge for 500 bucks, they don't mind even if you don't play anything at all, but can't foul play with your smart fellas. At least it'll take 2 hours to get them out of it.
