Toys shop for kids Pool and other fun activities area for kids Staff in movie are quiet cooperative . Cons : shortage of snacks variety Some option like French fries on different floor so u have to go by yourself to order . Parking people are not professional . Some seats in royal area were damaged and need repair ( comfort issue)

Overall experience was so so. First of all, we booked tickets online with food and as per policy they have to give us food while sitting in the theathre but they didn't and then upon asking they were making excuse that they didn't get notification about food then I went to the food counter and took my food. secondly the seats were dull nd dirty and staff was not directing me where to go as it was my first visit

The best one in faridkot and kotkapura. Good parking arrangements and great sound quality makes it more better. Shopping store and the genuine quality of eatables is also provided. Overall good experience. Best among all the multiplexes in kotkapura and faridkot.

Rooms are good. They have 2 big rooms which are costlier. But avoid the smaller rooms as they are too small. There's a multiplex on the floor below. And a restaurant on the ground floor

Seating not comfortable, AC off in running show, Sound quality also very poor.

Ac not working in royal box Box is very smelly .. Otherwise sound and picture quality is good
