Lack of professionalism. I ordered separately 3 packages(1 full manthi & 2 half manthi )from Farsa Nilambur, but they mixed up all items together in a single package itself.

I had placed the order in your app... There was Rs.90 delivery charge... I got a call from your staff telling that the I should pay Rs.135 as delivery charge instead of Rs.90... When I asked him y, he is telling that there is no other order to my area so I should pay extra... This is quite unprofessional.

A well managed food delivery App. First of its kind in Nilambur. A must have App for all @ nilambur, especially in this Covid situation.

Delivered on time and have addressed payment issue (issue with payment gateway) within no time.
