I bought a lot of my wedding jewelry from here and what satisfied for a while but then I took my sister to buy jewelry and I was shocked by the attitude of the staff. We booked some jewelry for 5k yesterday and went back to buy a necklace today in the afternoon. Not even 24 hours since we deposited the 5 k but when we showed them a photo of the receipt because we forgot the receipt at home, They balantaly refused to adjust the amount. What more, the staff started forcing us to buy more of the stuff we had reserved and had the audacity to do that after treating us like thieves for 5k. Then when we took the receipt for getting the refund of 5k, they made us wait half an hour for such a small amount. I mean we just shopped half of my wedding jewelry, bought more for relatives and got them so much business but the extremely rude and manerless staff treated us like thieves for 5k. I feel the staff is only nice when the owner is near by. As soon as they leave the staff has a totally different attitude. It look less than 5 minutes for the staff to destroy their reputation and I don't think I will be going to Frontier jewellers when I shop in Dehradun.
