Wonderful product. I was initially in doubt of purchasing this product. But is indeed worth. Very easy to use. Good for beginners and especially for women who can't spare time to go to the gym. Do not take space at home. Just a small corner. Wonderful once again.
Most innovative and useful fitness product! A must have product in every house. I've started using this product since past few weeks and already seeing the difference in my body. I've gained some muscles and prominent curves. A great product if you want to make fitness your lifestyle at cheapest possible price.
This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I keep it in my bedroom and slide it under the bed after using it. Love the fact that I can wake up and get a few exercises done before heading to work, in about five minutes. I'll typically pull it back out when I get home and do the same thing. A couple weeks ago threw it in the car and took it on a trip to use in the hotel room. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants an easy reason to work out, mobility, flexibility, or strength maintenance, but not necessarily for people looking to gain bulk muscle mass.
The Best Thing i have bought during lockdown ! Even if the gyms open anytime soon. Best for people who want to workout at flexible time periods or "time" is their only reason to not go to the gym ! So u get the gym home ! Very compact and versatile ! Great job Frik Guru !
