I recently had the misfortune of visiting Friend's Mobile Shop, and I must say, it was an utterly disappointing experience. From start to finish, everything seemed to go wrong, and I regret ever setting foot in that store. Here's why: Unfriendly Staff: The staff at Friend's Mobile Shop were far from friendly. No warm greetings, no willingness to help, and they seemed disinterested in assisting customers. It felt like they were doing us a favor by being there. Lack of Product Knowledge: I had some specific questions about the latest mobile models, but the staff seemed clueless. They couldn't answer basic queries about the products they were selling, leaving me frustrated and without the information I needed to make an informed decision. Limited Product Range: For a mobile shop, I expected a wide range of choices, but to my dismay, their selection was extremely limited. It felt like they were selling outdated models, and the latest ones were nowhere to be found. Pushy Sales Tactics: Instead of providing genuine guidance, the staff resorted to aggressive sales tactics, trying to push overpriced and irrelevant products on me. I felt pressured to buy something I didn't want or need. Poor Customer Service: I encountered a problem with a product I purchased there, and when I tried to get assistance, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. They refused to take responsibility and blamed me for the issue. Unhygienic Store: The store's cleanliness was appalling. Dusty shelves, smudged displays, and an overall unkempt environment made me question the store's commitment to hygiene and customer comfort. Long Wait Times: The store was understaffed, leading to long wait times. I had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time just to get basic help or ask a question. No Refund or Exchange Policy: Despite the subpar products they sold, they had a strict "no refund or exchange" policy. This lack of customer support only adds to the frustration of dealing with Friend's Mobile Shop. Overall, my experience at Friend's Mobile Shop was one I would rather forget. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable mobile shops that offer better service, a wider range of products, and actually care about their customers. Steer clear of Friend's Mobile Shop unless you want to be disappointed and frustrated.

Please don't be cheated by them. Try to avoid purchase from them. Today I got a bad experience from them and came to know from the reviews that it is their regular business and most of the customers are dissatisfied. Better to think twice before shopping from them.

I would say it's a bad experience... Last morning I had changed my glass screen gaurd from there and it's just been 24h there are airbubble all over Although the glass is of 50 bucks and I do acknowledge the quality gap btw 200 and 50 bucks but that doesn't mean that the glass fitted will be having air bubble and improper size ...

Friends Mobile is leading Shop in Bharuch. For the accessories and mobile purchase must visit in one time. Located in prime and Main area of bharuch. Staff Management is very good. Remember one thing that they are only sell mobile phone..For Service you need to go to the Authorised Service center or repairing shops.

Nice place for mobile handset purchase and services. Reliable store. So many varities available. Minor scope for negotiation.

A mobile shop where you find mobiles of oppo vivo samsung. And also you can select accessories from mobile like screen guard mobile cover etc. Those who wants to buy mobile can go there it is located in main bharuch infront shalimar hotel nearby big bazaar. A mobile shop to buy smartphone..

It's a very bad experience for minix smartwatch...I will not go there again. Staff offering chaina products to customer. I suggest don't buy any product from this shop
