It's been almost 3 and half years. I have joined here in 2018 and now still continuing here. Ambiance is good and trainers are helping out very well and giving out free diet plans for fat loss and weight gain.
To be overall it's a good a good transformation from my end.

As a beginner it was the good time to start and moving into advance. Trainers are well trained and jovial with the clients. Personal Training is also provided with continuous guidance and one to one monitoring.
Ambiance is well maintained and cleaned regularly. So overall it's a good exposure for the beginner.

Very good place for beginners. Coach anna was very friendly and he guided me everyday on what exercises to be done. In 1 month I was able to loose 3kgs and whoever reading this, start your health journey by joining in this Gym. Happy weight loss journey buddy
Great gym around saravanampatti and pocket friendly. Good ambience for workout and great coaching technique with great coachs Mr.Manoj for fitness, Mr.praveen for fat loss, Mr.Ashok for Endurance training. We will meet our fitness goals with in a short span.
Best personal training Studio and best trainer I've ever trained with. Trainer will provide training and diet completely after analysis on individual body condition. Best place to get trained and stay health. Hard to find trainer like him. I have 2 months before in friends fitness centre at 93 kg and after consistent training and hard work. I've lost 13 kg and now I'm 80 kg. It's hard to find trainer like you Praveen anna.
