Before booking hotel think twice.. they will deny u r confirmed booking when u reach with u r family, u will be left alone on the road. But hotel will be displayed in all hotel booking websites as rooms e vacant.. cheep tricks played by hotel when I booked for 2days stay in 2 advance.. never ever book this hotel if u r looking for a peaceful stay near shiridi.
The location is good,, but the administration is pathetic.. there ws a total shutdown of light at 3am.. and the location is outskirts.. there was no one available to help, the number mentioned on the receipt was switched off.. it took me 30minutes to got hold of the room where the staff was fast asleep and the electricity in their room was available.. upon my intervention the staff peraon have gone and started the genset.. this resort is not for family..
It was our second visit. The Manager Mr Ali Shaikh gave us a free room upgrade. The rooms were so big with 2 bathrooms, good enough for even a big family, clean, and very comfortable. The facility has a wonderful outdoor mini garden and swimming pool too and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for families who visiting Shirdi.
This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway too. The food also was too good. The cook is from Nepal and showed willingness to listen to us and cook according to our taste and preference. Only limitation is it is around 9kms away from Shiridi Temple. local transport is available or its better if you drive in. Plenty safe parking space is also available.
Super awsome place with super awsome host.
Very friendly and great services
Nice place to relax with tasty food
The resort is on just before Shirdi. They have a pool, veg restaurant and a small area for kids. The staff is very helpful and the owner Mr Amar is also very attentive. We had a wonderful time and shall definitely visit again.
Friends Boutique Resort is uniquely placed very close to Shirdi, it allows you to be yourself. The rooms are spacious, the place is literally pollution free even with a spanking smooth highway some meters away from its main gate. The vegetarian fare is wholesome, like home cooked. The resort has a decent wifi for people who wanna work and also a swimming pool for relaxation. I would go there almost every week if it was more closer to Mumbai. If you wanna have a staycation, I recommend this place very strongly.
It's a small property with a pool a little away from the main town and the temple.
Pros
The rooms and the bathroom were clean
Restaurant menu was limited but tasty
Very responsive staff
Child friendly
Pool was clean and functional
2 bathrooms in one family room
Cons
Far from temple
The ac in the family room was very small for such a big room, the room never fully cooled down during our stay . It was also a searing 42 degrees that day
The rooms were not elderly friendly, they had 3 steps without railings leading up to the rooms and the rooms had a step inside which was an issue for them during the night. Definitely not handicapped friendly.
Nice place with pool and decent rooms. Rate is bit high but okay. The pool Nd swings there are enjoyable . Service i would say is average. The housekeeping staff aren't trained well and are slow. Food service is just average too. Not many food choices.
