Horrible service, almost twice not delivered order because of some "system issue" When finally got them to delivered the food after few days they have sent me this this doesn't look like FRESH to home food ? Never seen worse quality vegetables, will never use this service again and won't recommend it to anyone

Packing is good and fresh fish. Price is also reasonable. Since I can order tomorrows pack today, the slot issue can be ignored, but still when I pick the slot 10 to 12 , I get item only at 12. I expect that to come atleast by 11. We can find all types of fish here, wide varieties. appreciate that. I glad that I found you.

We ordered blue crabs today and it was rotten. It was badly stinking that we couldn't open the cover too. Few days back we had similar issue with Silver pomphret as well. Out of the 5 fishes delivered, one was bad. We have been ordering fish from FTH for years, and hardly we had any problems. Time to a thorough quality check FTH.

I have booked orders many times on FTH. Good quality and service so far. One advice. Please reduce the time slot range. If we have to order any nonveg item for breakfast by selecting 7.30 to 10.30 am slot, it will be delivered at 10.30 am only by then I would have finished my breakfast. So it doesn't serve the purpose. Please have slots like 7-8 8-9 and 9-10 am. You will definitely see more bookings with these slots.

Most pathetic service. Appears more like a Ponzi scheme. The disruptions are quite often and then you have to justify that there was no supply to get a refund. Leaking milk packets are more or less a norm. Once you have paid up there is no way of getting the money back. The customer service is a myth, it is bot driven all over with no human interface. Overall, stay away from being burgled.

Very convenient to order. Don't need to visit fish market anymore and quality has always been good. I've been using freah to home for several years

This website shows different pricing on product page and different one in the cart before you pay. My item which usually costs Rs.29 for 500 gms and also displays as Rs.29 for 500 gms on product page is being shown at Rs.49 for 500 gms. I am seeing the same for the last 4 days since Saturday. FTH, do you guys check this ever or not ? What are the product, pricing and IT guys doing ? Now that you have aquired good number of customers, don't try to take them for a ride and also plz don't fo into denial mode about what i am posting. Have got enough screenshots taken already. Had it not been for the sake of my Dog, i would not have bought this order at all. Not a good customer experience for someone who has been shopping regularly since a year on your website.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed an order for curd on FTH Daily app, on Monday , I didn't recieve it and on Tuesday I received a packet of milk in its place. I have raised a complaint on the FTH app... A customer service executive called me and asked me to upload a picture on the app , app doesn't allow for the picture to be posted. The agent had no other solution for the problem except "sorry for the inconvenience caused". The app and the customer service team needs to be better equipped to handle customer grievances. Pathetic service. Also, if a certain product is out of stock, the customer is supposed to be notified in advance and offered a replacement or refund. This is not done. Very bad service.
