Very bad experience. Have got membership many times. But they don't deliver around 10 days In a month citing kitchen or delivery issues. Plus they don't reply to msgs or calls. Only while asking for payment they speak. How can one maintain protien and health levels of they don't deliver food for 30% time. Pathetic

We love Freshnom. The food is healthy, it is tasty and we are very glad that this kind of a service exists in Nasik. It is opposite of the spicy oily dabbas that we get generally. Feedback is taken seriously, no excuses are made for any issue. Price is good.

The food is greatly well balanced and keeps my taste buds happy. They customization is something that is most important quality of these guys as they as ask about what you want and what you don't need. I asked them once not to send something and I have never got it ever again. Moreever, they do ask for your feedback again and again and this shows there hunger for constant and never ending improvement. Overall it has been a great experience with Freshnom! Cheers guys.

I opted for keto veg and non veg diet subscriptions from Freshnom. Both quality and quantity wise they are top notch. Service is excellent as well with quick responses. The delivery of the food was done at optimal time and packaging was good. Love the fact that food would get delivered to nearby locations for no extra cost as well. The only feedback from my side would be to improve the taste of egg salads, I didn't quite seem to enjoy them. I'll definitely prefer ordering from them again in the future.

Freshnom I have subscribed for 1 month meals and noticed always the same taste no change in flavors raw chicken sometimes no full content of protein initially you will have good quality but later they will add morning meals(which are left over stuff). I need to always keep on telling this feedback still no improvements and very bad experience I have faced. The only good thing you will have there delivery system on time rest the taste/quality/ quantity they lacks and don't focus. The rating I have given is just for delivery. Today I had very bad experience as my meals had only chicken (raw not cooked properly) and another item is khichdi (damm who will have this combination).

Im writing this to let you guys know that i m getting the most weird and terrible service from you guys... when i wanted to join your service i asked the guy that i need 200 grams grilled chicken daily before 1 pm or 12:30.. They said "Sure we can do that" I trust you and i pay you on time And this is what i get.. They have rice in the meal and its not e en200 grams chicken as well its only 57 grams.. this is day 2 of the meal Not only they deliver it 50 mins late the order isnt correct at all.. please give me my refund and cancel the service.. you guys dont even pick calls! Pathetic
