Worst food experience ever had. Ordered noodles and chicken steak along with assorted vegetable. They just send the assorted (cauliflower and Beetroot) in menu it clearly mentioned some assorted vegetables like broccoli, mushroom, Basil leaves. And the noodles which I ordered that not even served. It's shameless so pathetic
Not a recommended food provider anymore. Had the worst order today, the chicken salad recieved today was entirely different from what I recieved earlier. Ordered Keto chicken salad for a group. They might be running out of quantity, so each container had only a quarter portion filled. As per menu details, it should have cucumber, lettuce, tomato, cabbage, chicken and egg. What I recieved is a salad with just lettuce, boiled chicken chunks and half cooked egg, all mixed with some watery salad sauce. Package delivered was not secured with any tamper protection tape. Totally unprofessional service. Don't get fired by their menu description and pics. You will end up recieving a totally different item. They used too be good earlier, but not any more. I ordered the food from here and the taste was very bad. Better get it from the Yelahanka branch. Jakkuru branch food is not at all, too. There is a smell of oil in the food, and it looks like this branch of freshmenu is a duplicate because the food doesn't taste the same as the Yelahanka outlet.
I ordered a Super Bowl or something like that from ZOMATO. The food was half cooked and no one take ownership and pick up the call. Once upon a time I was fan of freshmenu but day by day the quality has become so low. I hope freshmenu take this seriously and work on improvements
Not going to lie but this was the worst order experience i have had in a long while. As you can see in the picture the burger is 300 rupees but looks like something less than 50 rupees worth of food. Everything was ice cold. The Schezwan noodles was good and spicy enough to light up your tongue on fire. Do not remember the last time I did this but can confidently say I will never order from here again.
Horrible fresh menu jakkur. Delivered non veg item instead of potato shots. We are pure vegetarian. Ordered through Amazon food app. I had to throw all food. Now amazon food people are not responding. I want full refund. Will never order from fresh menu and also will stop using amazonfood app. Ridiculous people so irresponsible
The ambiance and the food is really amazing here. There was this person called Shubha Debnath ,who gave really good service , he was being polite and sweet to us. And provided with ontime service, he was checking on us the whole time, if we needed anything. Loved his service!
Worst experience. The taste and quality is very poor. I had ordered superbowl and they had given only half bowl. No difference between regular and superbowl. Even paneer power breakfast. It was filled with bread. Only 2 pieces of paneer.
