Good customer service, nice display of food, clean and serene environment and a excellent place to hangout with friends. The display of food items is clean and well maintained. The average money spent for a person will be around RS.300 to have a satisfied experience. This outlet is located adjacent to 'Wang's Kitchen' , I've included some pictures of it too. Baked breads , ice creams are also available. My favourite here is the Chicken roll priced around Rd.55 . One of the downside is that the lowest snack here is around Rs.55 (as of November 2017) . The place had a very good ambiance and I would call it a romantic place too. Although the price of the foods are quite expensive, its worth the money .

French Loaf a leading Bakery and Cake shop chain. Their outlets being in KK Nagar, Chetpet, West Annanagar, TTK Road, Gandhi Mandapam Road, Landons Road, Rutland gate ...... Their menu includes celebration cakes - small and large, pastries, Croissants, Puffs, breads, pizzas, milkshakes.... Prize of items ranging from Rs 50 for a veg puff to a Rasmalai cake costing around 2200 Rs Earlier they had an outlet on RP road in Chromepet, since the shop was located well inside a main building not easily seen and accessed by clients, and they shut operations. This was close to my residence and good source for quality pastries and fresh bread. Now I pick up items from French Loaf when ever I am in the city.

Quick service but quality can be improved. They offer a variety of cakes and desserts.This place now operates inside the wangs kitchen.They also serve cappuccino here . They place is usually quiet and neat. There isn't any parking space available here . It is situated opposite Ox & Tomato and below Kailash prabhat.I ordered for an apple pie which wasn't that good . I also ordered for a panini sandwich but the lettuce inside wasn't fresh.

Lot to improve. Puffs was soggy and tomato sauce was unavailable both the times I tried. Everytime I ask fr sandwich, 'Mayonnaise unavailable' is d std answer. Donut and Apple pie was good.

Came to buy bread at 9.30 PM. Shop was half closed and adjacent shop guy told that the person has gone to deliver a cake. Highly disappointed since did not expect a single guy to run the outlet and manage deliveries also... some customers also came and went away after seeing the shop half closed. Will think many times before visiting this outlet again. Even after calling multiple times, the person did not attend the phone calls too...

As usual a mini store or bunk kind of place with minimum variety of cakes, puffs and baked products. Eventhough on a roadside the trees in the avenue makes it a good place to eat some and hangout for 10-15 minutes. Pizza base is available here. (I usually buy french loaf) Quality

Its a good place to sit and watch the busy street outside! Just giving 4 stars for that alone. Quality of food has come down a lot.

Its about the French loaf, harrington road: Yesterday (6th Oct) I visited here, ordered for South Indian coffee- the cost of 2 coffees 130 Rs. After 15 Mins, I got a coffee like a water mixed with 2 drops of milk. The worst coffee I have ever tasted. Before paying my bill, I told to the billing person about the coffee- he replied" sir it's a skimmed milk" as if this is the first time I am having coffee. Finally when I replied, the milk was like a water, then he replied I received the same feedback from other customer early in the evening. My mind voice--they should have at least checked the quality of the milk before serving the coffee to me but haven't done so. A bad customer service, The French Loaf- we are indian please respect Rs. One more main feedback to correct- no menu card. They say what ever food available is in the showcase. But foods are without a price tag... without knowing the price of the food how can a person order for. Ya it's fine for people who has lot and don't mind Rs. I am a working average middle class, has to calculate every paise I spend. Better correct, else place a board outside ur shop...The French Loaf, Only for the upper class".
