Best cake in Dasuya and have maintained their quality. I hope they keep their excellent quality. Cakes are not overly sweet and great flavours!

Excellent service with excellent quality. The cake i odered was exact replica of the image i shared and it was detectable.

I called the bakery and showed them a specific cake that I wanted, the person who picked up initially was so busy to even discuss my preference. He accepted the order and then obviously delivered the exact opposite of what I wanted, considering he never listened to what I asked them to do. I specifically mentioned the colours and detailing, to which I received none. I denied the order as anyone would to be fair. To conclude, the service is very poor, there is no professionalism and the staff is disinterested towards customer preference. I will not recommend this bakery at all. Pathetic. I will not even give 1 star if I could give a lower rating.

Really disappointed by the behaviour of one of the guy(owner) which is at the checkout. Once, twice and now it is the third time when he has replied in a very unpleasant way. The guy has got no respect for his customers, has no manners at all. Second thing, they used to sell pastries taking customers in their confidence and telling that all the stuff over there is fully vegetarian which turned out to be eggiterian, so once again losing its trust. The availability of the stuff is abundant in the store. One can get a plenty of Indian as well as imported stuff from there. The thing I liked the most was Dated impress from Dubai which were seedless. They make good cakes on others of any kind. I personally have got made 3 cakes from there for my friends. The younger guy at the checkout is very friendly,is ready to help everyone and describes everything fairly when asked about. There is not scarcity of Bakers in the town but if a customer is going to spend his money some where, he deserves to be treated in a good manner. I was their regular customer but the negative attitude of the guy has made me dislike this place. Hope you read this and try to improve upon it.

The bakery products are substandard. The sweet bun which I purchased was extremely salty as if someone had accidentally kicked a bucket of salt in the dough. The service was poor and slow with an uninterested person at the counter. The rates are OK. They need to kick up the hygiene part.

Best bakery in Dasuya and the staff is really polite. The greet so warmly and the eatables here also of good quality.
