There is no option of zero stars. I would of given zero. There was a hair in my brownie. When shown to the manager, he said that it's not our fault, it must be your hair which might have fallen. He didn't even apologize. We had just eaten 2 bites and made a full payment.
No doubt ambience is good , . But if we talk about chocolate brownie the quality has a drasti change because there was least amount of chocolate in brown felt like having cold coffee
