Freesia by Express Inn - Hotel in Nashik - Nashik, India

Rooms were good in size but lacked a lot of things. Washroom had missing handwash, bodywash etc. Dispensers were broken and seemed to be a known issue to housekeeping. Food was served in a temp setup with very poor service. But food taste was average to good. Needs a lot of improvement considering the rates.

Location is very near to collage road which is happening place and various food choices available nearby. Breakfast at Freesia is good, always 3-4 option available. Staff is very Humble and Rooms are ok but service required improvement.

Amazing stay at Freesia, I was there for official work, neat & clean apartments. Cost effective too. Breakfast spread is very limited. Overall a very good experience

Location - 4/5 (Far from Railway station, but in a very accessible location. Lots of restaurant/cafes around) Room Quality - 4/5 (Clean, Big room. Easy check-in,check-out. Some of the basic amenities were missing or not working e.g. Handwash dispenser) Service - 1/5 (Needs significant improvement. I waited for more than an hour for my order from their cafe, but it never got delivered. I had to call multiple times to reception for my order and later for extra toilet roll) Overall a great place, would love to visit again.

Never book room type: Conventional Room which has detached washroom. Other room types are very good.

Detailed review: Its a more of a business hotel. Office groups or people on business trips stays here rather than families on vacation. Interior, furniture and overall ambiance is very good. Rooms were fine. Although AC of common area was not working. A small kitchen area was also there in a common area The location of hotel is also prime. You will get all other things at a walkable distance. Service can be improved. We had to ask many times to refill the water bottles. Tea, coffee sachet were also given less. The wifi was not getting connected as it was reached its user limit. If its a business centric hotel then wifi capacity should be more. Staff was good.

Detailed review: Arshish Executive is a rare find. We stayed here for 3 nights. This service apartment is a combination of professionalism and courteousness. Very calm and peaceful surrounding, yet only a minute's walk to all the hustle bustle that you may want to access...eateries to groceries. Spic and span rooms, Hot water (special mention because we visited in the winter), Fresh and clean bath and bed linen, light but quality breakfast. A perfect place for corporate and even families. P.S.: 1. This is a serviced apartment and not resort room, and therefore we are rightfully expected to avoid making noise. 2. There's an all purpose shampoo in the bathroom. You may carry your own shampoo/soap as per your requirement.
