Frankztreat Restaurant - Restaurant in Kottamkara - Kollam, India

Have been to frankstreat for snacking. It has a good ambience with limited seating capacity.There are only few restaurants where we can get the loaded fries/ chicken fries dish and one among them is Frankztreat .Here the loaded fries are a combo of crispy fries, fried chicken, tomato, onion, ketchup and mayonnaise. The addition of onion and tomato gave a tangy taste to the whole dish which was very unique from the loaded fries I have tried from many other restaurants and also they use broasted chicken. Can be served for two people. Must try !

There's a wide variety of continental dishes available , which is very rare in the kollam localit. Chicken wtrap ordered from here was decent. Not much space for parking and dining. Ambience was okayish

We waited for almost 40 minutes to get our food delivered. Very bad customer service. 2 small chicken burgers and few quantity of french fries and 20Rs cola is for 240. (Not preferred according to price) very bad menu.

Worst ever customer service, first of all they informed food will be ready in 20 mins and mentioned that if we order similar type of food it will be faster. But still jad to wait for more than 50 mins. Also no update on how much more time it is gonna take. Plus the ambience is worst and the AC is not functioning. We like were sitting in a boiling pot. They served food like fried rice chinese chicken items in disposable plates can you believe it. We ordered fried rice, noodles and chilli chicken, all horrible and not at all authentic. This is a spot for college goers to get cheap food and taste does not matter. I will never ever visit this place again and urge others too avoid it

The ambiance is good. There is a top floor too for family which i did not see. Restaurant is very busy delivering food outside as i could see too many delivery people, but there was no one to attend us and cashier came in to take order, after handing over the menu he was not to be seen. After selecting what we needed, i had to go to cashier and make the order who was absolutely busy. More people to handle walkin should do fine and my current experience was very bad.

Lack of service is the first thing I wanna say and hence the low rating. Food was good. Burgers, hotdog, fried chicken and pizza were really good, worth the try. Looks like priority is given for online delivery partners as there is a huge wait of delivery partners outside the restaurant. Probably from a lack of staff leading to order delay, but if the service is improved this is a 4/5

Broasted chicken was only partially cooked. Which is truly unprofessional way to serve food.

Ordered 2 pack combo. The combo consisted of 2 burgers, 1 French Fries and 2 drinks. The burger was tasty.
