It's a good stay with very carefull host and if you are 10 people it will be a value for money to stay, where you can have your own kitchen with refrigerator, 24 hrs hot water facility, 1 television in hall. A balcony in one room and a small back yard. More space for parking also. I would like to stay in future goa trip.

Wonderful place with good and friendly owner, building is a duplex contains 4 bed rooms and hall and kitchen ( when have utensils and gas stove to cook and with water purifier) with available car parking and place to get chill in the lovely balcony, and comparing to other places , it's cheaper. About the owner- he is too friendly, we are the batch of 7 members booked the building for 4 days and 3 nights , at the starting day he used to call us for knowing the location, and he cooked us a delightful kingfish fry and prawns curry and soul kada , and next day he gave us puffs and cake for brake fast , and he will suggest a good place basing on your requirement in Goa) Contact the place from website Franjo's goa

It's good for a group, ample place for Car Parking. Good rooms. A group of 20 can stay. Close to Mapusa, and Calangute

It's a beautiful bungalow in North Goa pretty secluded and just right for a group booking of 8-10 people. The place is clean, helpful staff and good location. You're surrounded by trees and a typical narrow Goa road to reach the place. The bungalow has space to part four wheelers too.

I liked the room size and enough parking area. Moreover it's connectivity with main road is just 2 min drive... a care taker is their 24hour to help u with whatever u need. In short near and clean surrounding, A very wise option for people with family....

The facility is very good and spacious. Joseph the host is down to earth. He is supportive, to guide you. Bike and Car facility is available at guest house. Hot water is available 24x7. Wifi is also available. TV has almost all channels. Clean place. Induction stove is available if you want to cook. Towels and toiletries are clean and available. Would like to visit again in future. Good experience at Franjos Guest house with memories.
