Foxoso Coral Resort and Spa, Manali - Resort hotel in Manali, Gadherni - Kullu, India

A wonderful stay experience, i blocked room not from any third partly rather directly from hotel. From the stay, services to the food it was really a wonderful experience. The staffs are really very cooperative and polite. The best things is that they never give any excuses on any request. It was a great experience and comfortable stay. Thanks to the receptionist Monica who arranged an early check in & late check out during the peak time.

Our stay at Coral Resorts and Spa was awesome. 1. Rooms are near and clean with the best balcony view. 2. Their services are really good. 3. The staff is very humble and cooperative. 4. Hotel is situated at the best location outside of all the noise in a peaceful area. *Unforgettable stay*

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient. A good choice for a pleasant trip.

This is gonna be a detailed review as a regular customer of this hotel from past 3 years visiting for atleast 3 times every year. Before Foxoso, Coral used a be an outstanding hotel with the best service you can experience. The staff was their star. But now after it is on lease with Foxoso, things have changed to hell. Staying for a single day here feels like a misery. My experience this time: 1) When checking in the staff said the room was ready. As soon as we checked in the hotel, there was poop in the pot and we had to flush it due to extreme smell. 2) The staff lures you in to pay exhorbitant amount of money for food. They will tell you explicitly that since there are less guests you can take the dinner as buffet and we will serve it in your room. Now, what they do is although they will say it is buffet and then you will order multiple items of foof thinking it is a buffet, they will keep charging you prices for food as A-la-Carte. So in 2 days you can expect a bill of almost 7000-8000 for the quality of food that is worse than even a local roadside dhaba. 3) The staff is arrogant enough to give no respect to you and provide not even 20% of service as it used to be before 4) They will say lies to you so you come visit their property like the roads are fine and all. Whereas the real condition is the roads are disasterous posing real danger to lives. In short, This used to be my choice of hotel in Manali where i used to visit atleast 3-4 times a year. But now on, i will never ever even consider this property because of all the reasons listed and lack of professionalism and respect from the staff.

Coral is a lavish property and it has its own charm in terms of interior. Good Staff and a very gud hospitality, they always available and make sure that our stay was comfortable. I just wanted to take some more time to comment on the food which was provided was awosome and wonderful which i never expected... thanks to the entire team of Coral...i recommend Coral one of the best resorts in manali..keep up the great work guys...

We were stuck at FOXSO Coral during Manali rains recently, and could not return back as the roads were closed. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, staff and management helped us to continue with all available resources they had as even supplies were limited. The hospitability was amazing. The staff and especially Manager Mr. Ranjit Dhari had been excellent support. Would definitely recommend them for your stay.

We booked 3 rooms and had a great experience during our 4 days stay. Positives- Excellent staff and very helpful. Neat, clean and spacious rooms. Great food. Very polite and gentle staff at reception and also a nice hotel manager. Special mention for Chef Sandeep as he was exceptional. We had some special requirements for our daughter as she is on gluten free diet and Chef Sandeep did whatever he could to cater our requests. Highly obliged with his hospitality. Only improvement area I would suggest is to ensure pool should be operational and status should be properly updated on booking sites. Also Wi-Fi services need to be better.

This is one of the best resorts I have visited Not only talking about the rooms and the views But the service 100/10 The staff was polite and friendly I had visited the resort with my pet and the staff was super friendly with him They were understanding and amazing people Unfortunately their was a quick turn of events during my visit as there were landslides and flooding all around Manali But even during time as such the staff was calm and reassuring with good measures taken to handle the situation and keep us safe Special mentions : Mr Ranjit (manager) - An amazing and friendly person who was there to assist us at all times Mr Kehar Singh : literally amazing one of the best people I have met in my life and one of the best people my dog has ever met Personally the whole team should be on my special mentions
