Been there last week with spouse and kid. There are good things and not-so-good things about this place. First the good things - the property is grand. It's built on the lines of a Swiss chateau and it sure feels like one. There are 2 types of rooms - Standard and Suite. The standard rooms cost 7500 INR per night + taxes, whereas the suite costs 10000 INR per night + taxes. The rooms are big and decent enough. We checked in on a weekday and stayed for 1 night, checking out the following day. There were no other guests that day, so we literally had the entire property to ourselves. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned a bit, as I thought it would have been lying vacant for a few days. The staff happily obliged and cleaned it up in a few minutes. Since we were the only guests that day, all services and activities were at our disposal. Which means the in-house cooks were dishing out hot and tasty food, just for us. The food was homely and delicious, there's nothing like having hot and home-style cooked meals and breakfast being ready when we wanted. The open air swimming pool and jacuzzi was at our disposal too, on the 1st floor terrace. We used the jacuzzi to our hearts content when the sun went down. The experience of the jacuzzi and warm water under the starlit night sky with the cool breeze blowing was a memorable one. They have cycles on the property in case you want to indulge in cycling, and we did. They have a few badminton equipment, as well as carrom on the 1st floor in a corner of the lobby. We played badminton for sometime in the mezzanine level long porch in the evening. The wine tour takes you through the wine manufacturing facility as well as the wine cellar. The guide dutifully explained the wine making process and what each piece of equipment is used for. Wine tasting is done at the cellar, a long hall with around 300 barrells stacked in rows one after the other. The guide also explained nicely the basics of wine tasting and we happily obliged with the types of wines poured in for us for tasting. There is a restaurant inside the chateau which is more of a spacious dining room. A small porch is attached to the dining room, where 2 tables can be placed for you to enjoy open air dining with sweeping views of the entire property. There is a retail store as well inside the chateau on the ground floor, where you can purchase their wines. All of this left a feel-good feeling. Now the not-so-good aspects. There are no vineyards! Apparently during the pandemic they were unable to maintain the vineyards due to shortage of labour. The land on which the vineyards stood was acquired by someone else. Although the land is adjoining the property you can still see the dried creepers on the same. The manager on site tells me that the Management also changed during the pandemic. Earlier United Spirits (Vijay Mallya's company) owned the vineyards and estate. Once Mallya become bankrupt, United Spirits pulled out. The estate is now owned by Grover Zampa. Since there are no vineyards now, the company purchases grapes from surrounding farmers as well as nearby Baramati, and manufactures wine at the property. For someone expecting to see physical vineyards as well as take a tour through them, This is a deal breaker. I was told that the present company Management has recently poured in funds to develop the property as well as acquire the land for building up the vineyards, but that would easily be 2-3 years till one actually sees any vineyards on the property again. Also I feel the facility is not well promoted. There are no signboards on the approach road about this winery, and one only becomes aware after asking the locals or seeing the property from a distance. Once you see it though, it's unmistakable. So much for now. Please enquire about what expenses are included and what are not, in their packages. They have day package as well as stay package. So much for now!

Very nice and calm place for a silent and private holiday. It's quiet far from the main city. We stayed at the Source and it was a nice place. The view from the room was amazing. The food at the restaurant is great. Go for the chicken pie along side some Red wine. It's heaven! We didn't take the wine tasting tour because of time constraints, but I am sure it must have been great too. So don't miss that. All in all a great place to retreat for a day or two.

Nice relaxing place for day tour and winery visit. its hardly a place for weekend relaxation. Actual wine tour is most interesting part of the package. Food is basic and simple. on site Staff is most cooperative. They deserve 5 star for their service. Few negatives. 1, the GPS location is far away from the actual location so please do not follow it. 2, The HR guy for booking is not reliable for information and revert back in time. He is not the guy managing your stay on site so there is disconnect in the actual site facts and information given by booking guy.

Amazing place for weekend getaway. Around 80 km from pune, it's hardly 1.5 hrs away. Good roads make it a convenient long drive, except for the last half mile whr road ends and u have to hit the dirt road to reach the property. It's A sprawling winery with 14 residential rooms that u can book for a night or two. Staff is cordial and restaurant offers good home style food. Services offered are Lunch and wine tour. For resident guests, dinner and breakfast are also served.

Rooms are great food is very nice overall service is good, staff operations is also cooperative and friendly. It has nice swimming pool which u can use when you had enough of Wines and dine at the Winery itself for Relaxation and fun.
