Despite claiming to be pet-friendly, the outdoor seating provided for pet owners compromised access to the food counters and lacked air conditioning. Considering the premium price, the food variety was limited, and the taste did not meet expectations. The online celebrity endorsement on social media seems more like paid promotion than an accurate representation. In summary, while there's potential, improvements are needed in the culinary offerings and pet-friendly setup.

This hotel is very nice and great to stay. Most of all, the employees here talk very politely, the cleanliness here attracts people towards them. I went there and stayed here for a few days, I liked the atmosphere of this place very much.

I first visited the Four Seasons in Dec 22 and was blown away. I came back and the stay is still just as amazing. The ambience in any part of the hotel you see is top-notch. The cafes, restaurants, and bars are all fantastic. However, what really sets this hotel apart is the world-class staff. Not only are they all great at their job - you can tell they truly care. Special shout-out to Reema and Ajit who went above and beyond to make our stay warm and welcoming!! Will definitely be back in the future
