One of the best stays at decent prices in Visakhapatnam. Nearby beach road and the beach is visible from the top floors. Also, the food is good and never feels heavy even if we eat more quantity. And, the unforgettable experience at this hotel is the service offered at the Eatery by Rama Krishna (Rk Naidu). he's friendly with customers and suggests best choices from the menu and her choices never disappointed us.

I booked this hotel for overnight stay, its pretty accessible to the city. Overall the hotel rooms, service was excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel for both business and family stay Restaurant team service good & Rama Krishna thank you good service

The hotel's location is too convenient to reach as it is in a prime location of the city. The rooms are clean and hygienic with decent room service. Coming to the food & service at this hotel, I started visiting this place repeatedly just because of the staff at the eatery, and of course great food too. Food: Many hotels have too many items that we might not even taste but Sheraton has a limited number of items but all of them are fresh and taste great. It's too important for any hotel to maintain this equation. Staff at the eatery: I visited many premium hotels (sometimes visited the same hotels multiple times) across India but I never remembered any names of the service staff anywhere. But I only remember one person's name and her name is Kaveri. It is very important for the staff not only to receive the customers well but also to understand the food preferences of the customers. I didn't find this quality even in many experienced staff across the country but she is just amazing in understanding the customer's food preferences. She is very patient (thanks to her for tolerating my unlimited food preferences & customizations), polite, and sincere in performing her duty. She also cares about one's comfort, interacts well while waiting for food, and still manages to handle other customers as well. We started visiting repeatedly just because of her, if not for stay at least for dinners.

Went here for a weeknight buffet dinner at their restaurant - The Eatery. It was an average dinner spread and food was not rave worthy. The only thing I enjoyed was the curd rice. Also the dishes were missing serving spoons. Missing drinking glasses and cutlery at the table. Some of the dishes were missing labels. Perhaps the place is more active on a weekend as more guests would come but I wouldn't recommend it for a week night if you are not staying at the hotel. The money can be better spent somewhere else.

Please don't go by the Marriot brand. This hotel is a far cry and way below any Marriot brand I have experienced - and I am a Marriot Platinum member, so I have stayed in quite a few Marriot properties. To start with, I was shown into a room, which was completely shabby, the bathroom walls had deep yellow stains on this, the floor extremely dirty, walls looked like some fungus had grown on it. The sofa and bed creaked ominously when we tried to sit on it. Honestly a railway lodge is cleaner than the room I was shown in. On complaining, the duty manager confessed that the walls are permanently stained due to age of the property. They offered to change the room. I was shown about four other rooms each as bad as the other, finally settled on one which looked at least liveable for one night. The service is equally pathetic. Room service take ages to come, everything you ask for has a standard reply of 5 mins. I would strongly suggest, please stay away from this property - I also intend to complain to Marriot on the pathetic condition of this property. Regards AVIK Baishya

Not up to the mark. We paid a bomb but food was not good at all. We had high expectations but turned sour as the food+buffet was bland with very less items. do not recommend to anyone nor will ever visit again!
