A very warm and welcoming property with excellence personified. The staff are well trained, courteous and compassionate. Special mention for Vishnu (Chef) who not only prepared a dish for us that was not on the menu for the evening but also came by the table to ensure that we enjoyed the dish. of course, the food is brilliant. Highly recommend this property!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience overall. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to move around. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.However, there was one minor downside to the stay. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were missing the essential hair shampoo. While this was a small inconvenience, it was a noticeable oversight that detracted from the otherwise positive experience.In conclusion, the hotel offered a comfortable and spacious room with a friendly and helpful staff, but the missing hair shampoo in the toiletries was a minor hiccup in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

If there was a rating below 0, i would have given that. the experience was miserable. I had a booking with this hotel and I had a early check-in which was confirmed to be fine before arrival. I was an international passenger who just took a taxi to this hotel from airport directly after arrival around 5am. Upon reaching the staff who was there early morning was clue less and rude denying the room or check in. they told they cant see any early check in confirmation. I requested many times that i dont have any other place to go and I am ready to wait until the room is ready. He asked me to leave the hotel and told there is no option to wait. I was baffled, i tried to connect with an agent from customer care but there was no one connecting at that point. Being a 5 star hotel as they state there was zero hospitality and staffs were clueless how to deal with such a situation. They were not even courteous to help me with the luggage. After three hours I had to roam around the city to find another hotel availability at that time and after three hours I found another hotel near shipyard. In my life I have never faced such a pathetic experience from a five star hotel. This hotel should be closed if they cant train the staff the least to behave cordially to female guest. On another note Four seasons has still not refunded my money for that booking.

Our room AC wasn't working. Despite 2 technicians coming to fix it. The staff were very courteous and polite and changed and upgraded our room, which was amazing. BUT our new room smelled really bad. Room 1117. Being tired from travelling all day we just slept. Over all cleanliness good but the hotel seems dated. With so much choice will not stay here again. The staff were very professional,

The major issues were related to management, food quality, and overall service. The management seemed to be disorganized and unresponsive to guest needs. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was below par. It lacked freshness and flavor, leaving much to be desired. This was disappointing considering that good food is a crucial aspect of any hotel experience. Moreover, the service provided by the staff fell short of expectations. It lacked the attentiveness and professionalism that one would typically expect from a hotel of this caliber. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues.

I recently visited Sheraton for a team lunch, which was my second time there. While I had a positive experience during my previous visit, this time my expectations were not met. Firstly, I was disappointed with the ambiance on the second floor. It did not live up to the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. Additionally, the quality of the food was just average, and many members of my team did not enjoy it. The spread of food options was limited considering the price we paid, and there was a shortage of plates. Furthermore, the staff was slow in refilling the food, which could have been managed better given the crowd.

I would say the best star hotel in Kakkanad and Infopark area. Even though that Sheraton feel is missing here and there, they've managed to make it up with exceptional ambience and outstanding hospitality. One thing which I felt bad is on the Valet parking side. Even though many staffs are out there from the gate till the main entrance, couldn't find any valets among them.
