Excellent stay at price point is provides. Food is awesome. Some work is required in shower area such as no sliding door for shower panels makes entire bathroom wet, bath fittings are ageing, etc. Staff is very polite. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Food is average, cannot be considered wow, it was a silent evening, pool side is closed so call before you visit... It was just a restaurant with average food preparation... if you ask for anything specific it will take a bit longer. For someone who just wishes to enjoy a silent evening with partner can visit.

Absolutely bad experience in a luxury hotel. Didn't expect such service from a Marriott group. Staff was good and cooperative, but their service was very slow. We literally had to call 4 times for every service for any requirement. Would recommend not to choose this hotel for a vacation to enjoy in such a beautiful city like Jaipur.

It's on Tonk road, distant from the railway station. Rooms are ok ,showers were not working ,so I have to complain about it multiple times. Breakfast is good and gym is also good.

Old and dingy rooms ! Our room was smelling when we entered. Breakfast was good although spread is not much. Not worth the money. Looks like a random hotel which has partnered with Marriot Group.

This little hotel is located in the heart of the city of Jaipur. We were welcomed with warm smiles at the reception. The receptionist were very friendly and was quick to check us in. The room however did not live up to expectations- it was a bit too small and outdated in many ways. The flush wasn't working well and there were some mosquitos in the room too. The staff were very professional and very helpful. They did have a lot of selections to choose from for breakfast menu and it was indeed very tasty too.

Absolutely horrendous hotel to stay in. This is everything what Marriott group isn't. I went for a staycation, alone and booked it for 3 nights. In this time span, i had to change 3 rooms. The hotel is worse than a 2 star one. Issues with toilets, flush and bidets. 1 ply toilet paper. (Yes, in a so called 5 star property). Rusting at various places. Issues with AC / thermostat. Issues with TV. Cleanliness in general. Lack of amenities. 500ml plastic bottles, because, why care about environment. Dirty linen with a lot of hair. Dirty windows with a tonne of bird droppings outside. I had ordered ice for some drinks and well, it had bugs and some green flakes on it. The ice was dirty. I re-confirmed in the morning when i saw the ice water, it was probably from the sewers. Not clean, white, green flakes in it. Save yourself the trouble and do not book this place. It is not worth the time, effort or money. I have raised my concern with Marriott for this property. Absolutely unacceptable hotel.

We expect a 5 star hotel to be esthetic. The room were average the food was average. Nothing was felt that we were in a five star hotel. The food was not so good. If we pay thousand of rupee we expect the same services.
