Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Pune - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Stayed here for 2 nights. We got upgraded to suite which was really appreciable. Have been to multiple four points hotel in other cities but this one was more luxurious with high ceiling lobby. Room was pretty well set with all amenities, breakfast was great in taste and quality but could have had more options in place. Also we arrived at a very crowded timing hence the service also got very slow here. Club lounge services are great if you have that as part of your package. All around the day tea and coffee complimentary with limited alcohol options as well. One thing which could have been improved was the TV should have been of at least 40 inches. Overall, a great experience!

Hotel is getting old.Needs serious sprucing up. Cigarette smell in the rooms via central air conditioning.Loud and noisy ground floor marriage halls to wake you up at 5.00 am in the morning.Decent buffet . Confused staff at the reception, can't handle crowd.Give a miss

Their efficiency and dedication ensured that all my needs were met promptly and with a high level of quality. 3.Noteworthy Individuals: Special recognition goes to Ghanshyam and Faleshwari. Their outstanding service stood out, making my stay even more memorable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. 4.Overall Satisfaction: From check-in to room service, Four Points by Sheraton exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to others based on the exceptional staff, top-notch room service, and the memorable contributions of Ghanshyam and Faleshwari.

Awadh5 by Four Points is an amazing destination for Indian cuisine. Perfect ambience , mesmerizing food and quality service by staff. We were very well looked after by Team Lead "Aniket". It's a must visit place if ever happen to be in Pune.

This is a very good hotel for staying in Pune in this price range. They offer many amenities like swimming pool, gym, children's play area, complimentary buffet etc. There are many great offers for snacks and drinks in the hotel restaurant. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and big. There are many services offered with suites and luxury rooms.

Absolutely horrible experience. The rooms are dirty with a horrible stale smell. The bed had several hair strands and the quilt was dirty. Bathroom towels were worn out. The carpet was dirty. The hotel's service standards have taken a major hit. More concerning is that all this is happening under the umbrella of Sheraton.

A great place to stay , at close proximity to the airport. Their hospitality is at a different level . Right from front desk to the housekeeping , everybody ensures that your stay is comfortable and memorable. This was our 5th stay during a short of 3 months and Iam extremely happy with the way we have been treated. Special thanks to Mr Jitendra ( front desk manager ), travel desk folks ( Mr Kunal and Mr Ravi ) and the housekeeping staff Ms Kavita , who always go that extra mile to attend to our needs and requirements. For travellers looking for a memorable stay / worried about choosing it right , this Hotel will fill in right most of your check boxes!

Overall experience wasn't that great. South Indian food items like Pongal was very bad provided at the breakfast. Had requested for medicines after checking in which took more than 2 hrs to reach me. Television placed at my room was a defective one and had to be replaced. For a hotel like 4Points Sheraton, service levels have to be impeccable.
