Great place for awesome food. We had wonderful experience. We went for dinner buffet with my two kids, doughnuts was not in the buffet spreads but my younger one asked for it to the attendent she was kind enough to arrange it for him. Staffs are really welcoming and helpful.
I have been to Four Points by Sheraton for several business meetings. The rooms are set up very well with all necessary facilities. The food was inconsistent though. During some of our meetings, the buffet we were served was very limited. The staff was also not replenishing the dishes once they were over. But in my most recent meeting, things had changed a lot. The breakfast and lunch menu were elaborate and the dishes were very very tasty! The staff was also consistently coming to us to find out if everything was arranged well. Overall, I had a great experience here.
We had a good time at the hotel. Courteous staff, good food and clean room. The pool is on the terrace. I would recommend staying here.
Rooms having well designed interiors and maintained precisely. Polite staff and tasty breakfast served with a choice of menus. The swimming pool wasn't available during our stay that disappointed.
For the price and the comfort, this hotel provides EXCELLENT value. The Housekeeping and Room Service Staff is very very kind and so are people at the front desk. The rooms are open and the hotel, even being on the main road is quiet. Would definetely recommend this place.

Excellent breakfast & very courteous chef. Swipe cards not working . Require housekeeping assistance every time. Bath towels & door mats kept only after repeated reminders. Taking long time to clear check in & check out formalities. 45 minutes wasted for checking out despite informing one hour before. NO NEWS PAPERS Provided in rooms . All this at a premium cost
The rooms are so clean, the staff is so friendly. They put all the essential things in the restrooms. The executive suit is so good. I'm in love with Ambience.
