Everything has its pro n cons, Foundever too however they do know how to deal with it asap.
The interview process is just bad. They took interviews for four processes, and didn't confirm anything. wasted by whole two days and offering peanuts as salary. The HR just manipulates the candidates in believing that the interview was not good enough so that they can keep you in lowest salary possible. Very disappointing. I can imagine how the work culture must be.

One of the best corporate ever worked with. The people over here are very professional and supportive. Even though I have been here only for a month I have recieved the best training and facilities. One of the trainers over there that's Mitcheal and Merlon are best trainers I have met and been with throughout the training. Foundever not only provides opportunities for earning salary or growing in finance business but also provides opportunities in other fields as well which is a very good point I have seen. If in future I do get a chance I would like to work with Foundever and be a member of the company once again.
