Worst fossil store & worst fossil service, i wud never again take fossil in future nor even suggest anyone to take, i bought watch from bangalore airport & name engraving was not working there, so they said u can visit any of the fossil store, i thot it's ok, i can do it later as the brand I believe but wen i visited hyderabad inorbit fossil the staff over there was so reckless, even listening to my issue, said the 1st thing, it's not done here, machine not working, i want to ask fossil where machine works den , out of india, u fraud, cheat ! so dissatisfied, disappointed, felt like no customer friendly, he is the worst staff i have ever seen, don't know how to talk with customer, Never ever FOSSIL. Worst staff, worst staff, worst service. Wasted my money & time.
