We hosted a house party in June 23 and opted in for Fossetta Catering. We had a gathering of 35-40 people. We went in for 3 veg and 3 non-veg starters Pack with 3-4 Main course items. My party was supposed to start at 8Pam and their team arrived at my house at 4pm, started setting up their equipments and the buffet setup. The team was extremely professional, very efficient with their work and the managers were very polite, namely Mr. Rahul Arya and Mr. Jyoti. The whole team was ready to go extra mile for any given task. Kudos to such well trained and efficient team. Food: Their snacks: Dimsums, soy chaap, Chicken tangri and kalmi chicken were delicious. Infact they were one of the best I've had. In main course, the butter chicken and dal received huge appreciation. Even the sweet dishes: Kulfi and banofee pie were amazing. The food was so good that Each and every guest came to us personally to appreciate the arrangement and to ask for the caterers number. Presentation: Uploading some photos of the presentation. Though the photo taken in dark environment dont do alot of justice but, The setup was really good looking, can easily be classified as gourmet catering because of the premium look of the setup and quality of food. Also, we requested them for extra staff: mainly bar tender to serve some good drinks and cocktails, which was chargeable ofcourse but They sent a very professional bar tender. The owner: Damini was in touch with us all the time, taking care of the fact that everything went right, which was a very good gesture. All in all, a very well deserved 5 Star. Would like to stick by them for future parties too.
I can trust them with my eyes closed. Best catering in NCR. The food was spectacular. Everyone loved it. I've shared their number with a couple of friends. All of us were spellbound with the food and service. The service was pitch perfect. The staff was so polite and courteous. I was so free through the night because they took care of everything. Absolutely loved the service.

They were catering to one of my known friends house worst ever catering I have ever had a piece of polyethylene was found in Daal more over the dal makhani was not good in taste a piece of hair is flown over garlic bread bottom line is this is uunchi dukaan phika pakwaan .The owners doesn't have courage to face the host I saw personally they came to function site as some of there staff members are murmured that they had arrived in front of site with some stuff but didn't bother to met the host to clarify things...pls think twice before hiring them
