Perfect for beginners who want to learn about the yoga...I've been practicing yoga with praveen sir for a while and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body - I gained so much flexibility and strength! It's challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of the trainings I can feel great results.
Excellent. The classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Praveen sir teaches more than just postures. Classes are 1 hours long and the price is quite low. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in Bhopal. Online session are very interested.
