I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fortune Walkway Mall, Haldwani during a business trip, and it was truly an exceptional experience. I wants to highlights one point here about one of best staff Harshita, She has done wonderful job on the checkout time, quickly checkout done by her, and asked again about my stay and next coming visit. Wonderful job done by her also.
I visited once with my colleagues at the zodiac restaurant of Fortune walkway mall for lunch. First and most is the location which is quite accessible and approachable. The food was amazing and lip smacking. The place was itself very luxurious and well decorated. The seating was nice and comfortable, and the staff was cordial and welcoming specially Mr pushkar who was around till our stay at the restaurant and served us different cuisines we ordered. How can I forget to mention the amazing and beautiful view of Haldwani/Kathgodam from the top. I hope to visit here again in the future.
Limited value Our stay at Fortune Select was unpleasant. The suite suffered from persistent noise from above due to the location of the coffee shop and continuous furniture movement. Despite repeated guest feedback over several months, simple solutions like placing rubber soles under furniture were ignored. Additionally, unwashed dishes were found in the coffee shop, and breakfast buffet options were unappealing. The suite offered limited amenities and no TV subscriptions. The courteous staff couldn't compensate for these issues.
Separate entry for hotel. Good staff. Auditorium sound found. Rooms are good. Food have homely taste.
Superb hotel at superb location all cafes nearby..hotel is new just been an year in operation..amazingly comfy & nice decorated rooms with big bathrooms..superb Food must try all non veg items plus paneer khurchan with laccha parantha..their wood fire pizzas are awesome.. Everything is amazing about this place. The location, room and service were really superb. The staff is really polite and help you with all your requirements. Feels like a 5 star in terms of service as well as rooms. Definitely suggest to experience if searching for an option to stay in Haldwani.
First mall in Haldwani, with an option to watch movies and indulge in shopping for various brands. Movie tickets are, however, on the higher side as compared to the service and ambience. Still a good option in Haldwani, and the location is also good.
