I recently stayed at the Fortune Valley View, Manipal, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. While the hotel boasted a beautiful view and a pleasant ambiance, it fell short in several crucial areas. The biggest letdown was the lack of practical amenities and not worth the cost standpoint. The breakfast is a significant part of any hotel stay, and the below average food taste was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the absence of a full-length mirror in the room was surprising. It's a basic amenity that one would expect in a hotel of ITC, and its absence was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the bathrooms were cramped, which made the overall stay less comfortable and messy. It's essential for a hotel group such as an ITC to provide not only a pleasant ambiance but also "practical" amenities and a good food experience for its guests. After all, we don't visit a hotel to sleep in the lobby or to admire the view; we expect a comfortable and enjoyable stay, which includes good food and essential room amenities. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Fortune Inn has truly become my go-to destination for an exquisite dining experience. This hidden gem offers a delightful array of continental cuisine that will leave your taste buds in awe. From the moment you step inside, you'll be treated to exceptional service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The culinary journey at Fortune Inn is nothing short of extraordinary. The menu features a diverse selection of continental dishes that are expertly prepared with the finest ingredients. Each dish is a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors. The staff at Fortune Inn deserves special mention for their outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with recommendations or special requests. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience. The ambient environment at Fortune Inn sets the stage for a memorable meal. Excellent location, just in front of KMC hospital. Very neat and clean. Feels like new. Do not have swimming pool. Gym affiliation with near by Marina. But very small bathroom. Bathing space is only 2 feet. Service is excellent. Buffet breakfast is good.

Okay my dad took us to valley view to have lunch and the service was terrible. There were 3 tables occupied and we weren't even waited on. We ordered pasta and it was very dry. When we requested the chef to redo it, he poured some water on it, heated it and sent it to us. It was bland and flooded. Was very insulting. My parents were very hurt especially since my dad always loved Valley View (he was there when it was first set up). We ordered rice and curry which tasted sour and just bad. I am not a hater, I loved the ambience but please maintain standards always.

Wonderful hotel, with excelent quality/price ratio. Conveniently located excellent service (in particular Kanak, at the reception desk), wonderful food. An enjoyable stay. If i ever return to Manipal, i would wish to stay hete.

This is the best place to stay in manipal. Ambience stands out, makes your stay memorable. Food and staff adds more value to your stay with their excellence. Totally a good place to spend time when you are in manipal.

Good rooms. Food is average. The staff is friendly. Very close to MIT. So it is a preferred place for me. A bit costly for this kind of facility.

I would consider this to be one of the finest stays and the most comfortable procedure throughout our entire stay. Ms. Usha at the front desk was extremely helpful in customising our stay to meet all of our needs. I look forward to returning to this hotel
