A nice hotel, good for short stays. There is no view however. You'll see building walls and windows, right in front. Only one complain, and that is towards cleanliness. The kettle in the room was used to make Maggi by a previous resident which hadn't been cleaned. That was a pretty unpleasant experience. Otherwise this hotel is good.

The receptionists and the management are very kind. Allowed me to work from the lounge area for 4 hours. Ofcourse I had lunch there. But they are really Sweet. God bless you guys.

Standard business hotel with all facilities. Rooms are pleasant and well appointed. But a bit tired. Room keys dont work. Wrong bags delivered to room at check in. Food options between meals limited.goid thing they arenot extra finicky about check out. Staff are friendly

As expected, great cry and little wool. I booked it only at the recommendation of my travel agent and he is going to get an earful. I have stayed in 5 hotels over the last 10 days, this had the poorest of services and least value for money. Certainly wouldn't recommend for a family stay. Go ahead for a corporate booking or stay.

There was no other option left for we 25 girls just because the company had to book the accommodation for 4 days. And this is the third day we are leaving for the long day training without no breakfast, had to sit 45-50 mins with such rude drivers and what else they don't even know the word politeness . If u have two bags, both of your hands occupied with luggages no wonder there is no body to open the door neither its car nor entrance .So the transportation has provided by the hotel but you need to change 2-3 cabs everyday after sitting in one cab for 5 mins. Simply they will make u sit on every cabs by keeping and taking out your bags every time by yourself . Why am precisely saying about the bag is , we have to go with our bag everyday to our training . So the food, cab drivers , the behaviour of the staffs together make your day as well the stay in such a way that , you have to write it some where !!!!! One more day to go ! Will see what they have for tomorrow .

Hotel at good location rooms are good and spacious but room is not getting cooled temperature not going beyond 24deg and food is very costly one dal and 4 chapati costs Rs900/-

Great 4 star hotel in heart of Bengaluru. Spacious lobby, well appointed rooms with all amenities, lovely buffet breakfast & meals. Munna from Restaurant is excellent in service. Pool on 8 th floor is refreshing. Overall lovely experience and will stay again

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 years . Service has been consistent and good . Food is good never had any problem till date . Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The hotel staff are courteous, geniune and forthcoming to help. A few months back I had forgotten some documents/ bills in my room in this Hotel . Staff had kept them safe and we were able to collect later through my local friend. Just before COVID lockdown had forgotten my earphones at the hotel. I was able to collect after lockdown . Really kudos to the management and staff for maintaining the lost and found dept in the hotel.
