Oh boy, this was a tough review to give. As a 4-star place, this resort has a number of things to work on. Large rooms, but not every room has an AC in it. Scenic location, but some of the bathrooms have a strange, unidentifiable odor. Beautiful courtyard, but some of the hotel rules are strange (only one key card per room). Good looking pool, but very average on-site restaurant. You get the picture. Should have dropped to a 3 star, but for the amazing staff. The staff was amazing (yes, I know I said that). They responded within minutes, fixed what they could, and worked around what they couldn't. Kept a smile through it all and tried their best to make the stay enjoyable. That alone pulled it up a whole point. Summary: Good potential, needs investment, great staff.

Stayed here with family.. great rooms with amazing view. Very very friendly staff, specially with kids. Great food, super service. Overall great place for family.

Hotel is 4* Deluxe but I would rather step this down to a 3 star. We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious with a great view. There's water shortage where the pump needs to be manually started, in the event all the taps go dry or have scanty water flow in the bathroom. Staff is extremely prompt, and fixes such concerns when raised. The rooms are provided with heater when requested. Only two bottles of drinking water per day are provided and any further bottle is charged. Even RO regular water was refused when requested, on the pretext that water is 'expensive '. Such a 4 star category of hotel denies water to guests. Strange to even believe! Food is good with very limited available options in the menu. The Menu has lot of options but out of 10 options only 2/3 are available to be served. Either the relevant chef is not available to cook the continental dishes one would like to order , or the chef himself is taken by surprise when he sees the option in the menu. Says 'not sure why such a food item is even included'. Whatever was served was however decent - 60% matching with the general recipe of how a dish would usually be prepared. Breakfast has good limited options and reasonably good in taste. Location is great ! View of the Kanchenjunga is excellent and proximity to the local market is also good. Staff is very good but they don't understand the basics of the hotel meal plan. However I appreciate them making an important medicine available from the local market and supporting the emergency. Meal plan : this has been a real disaster and the hotel management is not competent to comprehend the plans. We opted for MAP - breakfast and Lunch / Dinner, any one major meal at 600 Rs Per Pax prepaid in the rack rates, however we have been charged in full. 4 people stayed and they billed us for the major meal - lunch. Though the manager assured that he would ensure, billing as per plan, we have paid practically for both lunch and dinner. No one was available for an explanation when requested and the hotel staff couldn't represent or provide a response. Please DO NOT overcharge or cheat customers like this. I landed up paying 5315 Rs in excess instead.

Absolutely lovely property. Beautiful location. Spacious and clean rooms. Mesmerizing view of Kanchanjangha from the rooms. And very friendly and helpful staff.

A wonderful address to be in Kalimpong. Lovely setting, and warm hospitality, the unique thing is every staff will meet you with a smile. A must-mention is Ms. Sugandha, she is always there with a smile and always ready to assist. The food tastes great, the swimming pool is fantastic. The view from the property is just awe-struck.

Went for dinner only so the food was good but me n my husband felt that the chicken n the mutton curry could hav been more flavourful...There were varieties of items to have but since we were non veg lovers our main focus was on chicken n mutton...Rest everthing was well organised , well maintained....the services provided by the manager n Pritika was excellent...they were very much helpful ... Overall we would say its one of the best place to hang out with family with good parking space , beautiful lawn and lovely place.....

Excellent place to stay.. if youre lucky, clear sunny days will reveal snow capped mountains and the restaurant has a big glass wall that makes a great spot for pictures... food is delicious... the staffs are very hospitable and the service is prompt and excellent

Such a nice place to stay! The food was also tasty! Location of the resort is great...view from window is mesmerizing in day as well as night! Rooms and hospitality of the resort are also good...just service is lil bit slow otherwise nice place to stay!
