Good resort with good breakfast options. Service was top quality and the highlight of the resort. Rooms at the lower floor have the monkey issue ..but the hotel staff really helped and sorted out a better room for us, making it a worthwhile experience. Beautiful views from the balcony rooms.

I have always loved staying at this beautiful place. Everything is just perfect. People are professional they take care of you so well that you don't feel like coming back home. Thankyou everyone for making us feel so important and valued indeed.

The location of this hotel is it's biggest USP, bang at the so called mall road, kinda heart of mussoorie, Good food, excellent spread of breakfast considering a 4 star hotel, good recreational activities, small size of the rooms but it ain't a complaint since the view is great. Where do I begin my review for Fortune Resort Grace (Mussoorie), as the name suggests its an awesomely graceful resort where you will find such a graceful staff, graceful ambience, graceful environment. Everything here starts from positivity and makes you forget your worries. We were in rooms 405, 410 & it felt like we are staying in our own house. Stayed here for 4N-5D and the sleep we got was one of the most relaxing ones. A special mention & big thanks to all the staff especially Ms. Nisha, Mr. Manveer, Mr. Sanskar, Mr. Gufran, Ms. Deepika, Ms. Aarti - [At Front Desk-Reception] || Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Sumit, Mr. Pawan, Mr. Devraj and others [At the food serving & house keeping], all the security staff ---- You all were super awesome !!! If I remember these names it means these people have created a great impression on us with their super awesome service, day & night to make our stay so comfortable. Please accept my heartfelt thank you to the reception staff [Ms. Nisha, Mr. Manveer & every other staff member as well] you all were so courteous & kind to help us immediately with our requirement, during one of the minor medical emergency we had just before our check-in on 28-10-2023 evening (Saturday). You were so courteous & kind to support us with our small requirement during our check-out on 1-11-2023 morning (Wednesday) as well. Also, a big thanks to food serving staff during breakfast sessions, who made sure to attend us in every 15 minutes & ask if we need anything else and made sure to give a personal touch to our each requirement. Who also made sure to provide us whatever we needed on the food requirements during breakfast session everyday. Your food quality was super awesome & our taste buds were extremely satisfied with so many provided options. We have taken many trips abroad as well but the quantity of food items that you served during breakfast sessions, definitely surpassed the list of food items served by many international hotels Any person who wishes to make a trip looks for a place which is closer to main market, has positive vibes, is completely safe from family perspective, has a supportive staff & you fulfilled all these scenarios with 5 stars. I had a very pleasant stay at The Fortune. My boyfriend had booked us a studio room with an amazing scenic view. The room was very spacious and clean.

I recently stayed at Fortune Resort Grace in Mussoorie, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great location, close to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is excellent. The staff is always willing to help, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Fortune Resort Grace to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mussoorie. It is a comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent service.

Just on the starting of mall road, this property is situated Nice rooms, excellent service, infact they provided breakfast at 3 A.M as we were traveling early morning

Everyone in the hotel was very nice. Shout out to Rishbh at the restaurant who introduced different papad to us. Very strategic location close to mall road. Rooms and hotel interior are not very clean. Hot water is not available in my colleagues' room even after turning on the right button. Though I read about the garden and zip lining, we were advised not to go out because the monkeys are aggressive. The gym was closed. They only have male masseuse in the spa.
