Horrible unpalatable food and unprofessional team just stage managing the show with shallow hospitality gimmicks. The wait time the body language is super bad. AQYou can go to other restaurants which charge less and provide better quality of service and even better food. I feel sad for the guests and foreigners. Such a disgrace. This review is exclusive for the ground floor restaurant. They have perfected the art of poor quality of service and unpalatable food. They also don't care two hoots for guests when you enter the restaurant. Don't feel bad you have not received the best of their hospitality. It's simply not in their DNA. Just avoid this place. We have been here quite a few times and this is consistent.

I am not able to give 0 stars. My recent visit to this restaurant left me disappointed. The service was consistently impolite and lacked the professionalism I expect when dining out. The staff's (Mahalakshmi) behaviour was at times rude, and there was a noticeable level of noise from their conversations and phone usage, which disrupted the dining experience. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

Booked an executive suite for 3 adults and a infant, but the booking was changed to a deluxe suite and a deluxe room without any intimation. We got to know while calling up to get our room ready before we arrive..Bummer of hospitality from ITC. The room wasn't clean, had oil packets lying near the wardrobes. Food was mediocre at best, fish and chips was stale, the chips quite cold when served at the famous sky dining. Too many mosquitoes and nothing done to keep them at bay. If this wasn't enough, the next morning at breakfast , we had to shift our tables 2wice including when a an apparent floor leader Illyaraja asked us to move since the baby with high chair would block guests arriving in the future, the tables were empty at that point. We arrived at 0800 for breakfast and left by 0900, the tables surprisingly were empty. Thing to note, we were seating at near the end of the restaurant, Orchid keeping in mind all of this. We were shifted to near kitchenand beside live counter where ot was extremely hot for anyone to have breakfast. I am surprised at such discriminatory policies by ITC for parents with kids or infants. Have been to various Taj across the country and they are far far better when it comes to hospitality and inclusion. Please avoid this hotel since your kids are not respected here.

Recently had a really bad experience with Fortune Park Ahmadabad. I was a little skeptical about booking Fortune Park Vellore, but did so anyway as there are not so many 4 or 5 star hotels listed in that area. After booking then I saw the Google reviews, but was too late to cancel without paying the entire fee, so just bit the bullet. When I turned up, I was pretty impressed with the room. It is as it should be for a 4 star. The noise insulation could do with improving, could hear the neighbors a bit, but luckily they went to sleep early. They even have a Tanita body scale. They could have went with some cheap brand, but they chose a market leader for body scales. I can't say much about the service or restaurant as I only stayed one night. But I am keen to try it out again next time. Fortune Park Ahmadabad was very pathetic and shabby, they really need to contact Vellore branch and learn a bit more from them.

Wow, my recent dining experience at this restaurant was truly something else! Unfortunately, not in a good way. To top it off, the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations and phones than in providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. Honestly, it felt like I'd stumbled into a sitcom set where the actors were playing the roles of the worst restaurant staff imaginable. But here's the twist - I'm an eternal optimist, and I believe every place has the potential to turn things around! So, restaurant, if you're reading this, take it as a challenge. Step up your game, transform those sour faces into smiles, and kick those bad service habits to the curb! This is a very nice hotel. We stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. They have a rooftop dining as well as a multi-cuisine dining place inside. My only pet peeve is that their food is very bland (for Indian standards of course) and south Indian Vegetarian options are limited. You wouldn't expect this of all places inside Tamilnadu.

This hotel is part of ITC but except the prices it's not upto the standard. We find even the pillows have fungus and we found that while checking out and since we were in hurry didn't report to reception. And food prices are extremely costly but no where justified with quality. And google map location is not exact had trouble in finding this hotel. Only few plus in this hotel are interior is good, valete parking and swimming pool is good.
