Yeah it's really a fantastic feeling to stay in this hotel. Campus with scenic beauty, large area, swimming pool and spacious rooms and corridors enhances the beauty and strength of capacity. I and my husband felt excellent . Thanks for your good behaviour,services and everything.

Consider reserving a hotel in Kolkata or Howrah instead of this one. It resembles budget accommodations found on OYO or similar platforms. The rooms suffer from seepage problems, emitting a damp smell. The current state of the hotel doesn't align with the outdated pictures on its website. Maintenance is lacking, and the service is non-existent. Overall, the experience includes subpar services, dismal rooms, and unsatisfactory food.

I'd recommend opting for a hotel in Kolkata or Howrah over this one. It gives off the vibe of budget options like OYO, with rooms plagued by seepage issues and a persistent damp smell. The current condition differs significantly from the outdated pictures on the website. Maintenance is lacking, and the service is subpar. The overall experience involves disappointing services, lackluster rooms, and unimpressive food. The staff didn't have any information about anything, be it inside the hotel or outside in the city.

If you are planning to visit this hotel it is better that you book a good hotel in Kolkata or Howrah cheaper nad much better than this. This hotel feels like a OYO Hotel or any other cheap hotels available on Goibibo or some website. It isn't worth the standards of ITC or Fortune Hotels. Rooms have seepage issues and have a dampening smell. All the pictures you seeing on it's website or any other websites are old and the hotel today doesn't look like it at all. It is not maintained properly with ZERO Service. Ridiculous Services, pathetic rooms and horrible food.

Highly not recommended. The F&B manager, RONIT NAG and sales manager, SURABHI of ITC Fortune Panchwati are Non- cooperative. The F&B manager forced me to take an expensive package by lying that if I book for any other package, it might get cancelled the last moment. He took advantage of my anniversary celebration which I was planning, thus threatening me with cancellation if I book any other package other than what he was forcing me to take. He was supported by the sales manager too, Surabhi who also denied me the confirmation of my package. No action has been taken on complaint till now.

Wonderful Place... It's a good hotel maintained inside properly. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bathroom are so good, clean and getting you to know the oldness of property. It has a big swimming pool that is highlight of this hotel. Food in restaurant is fresh and good,

It was mine official tour it's a nice place for business meet,for couples. Swimming pool was there, breakfast was excellent room was luxurious. Overall it was a nice experience for me to stay 2 days in Fortune park...

It was mine official tour it's a nice place for business meeting , and i meet good guy Mr Anup bell boy he is from Nepal, Interaction between us and Smiley face. Our stay was good. Hotel are good for business meet up.
