This hotel proves the saying that big names and wrong views are true. There are only 2 beds for the driver and that too is very dirty. And I believe that when you go to see the rooms at the hotel, just look at the staff room and the bathroom so that you can get an idea of how the hotel will be. I have often seen that the staff who clean 200 rooms in a hotel never clean their own rooms or bathrooms. Is it larger than the area of 200 rooms? It can't be done. So please consider. thank you

I recently had the opportunity to visit at this hotel and while my overall experience was generally positive, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. Firstly, let me commend the hotel staff who were truly exemplary in their service. However, my experience with the hotel's dining was, unfortunately, less satisfying. The food served did not meet my expectations in terms of flavor, variety, and overall quality. While it was not unpalatable, it did not strike me as on par with the hotel's otherwise high standard. It's clear that this area requires further attention and development. Despite this, I believe the hotel is not an 'bad' category, mainly because of its dedicated and competent staff. However, the culinary experience must be improved to align with the overall quality and reputation of the hotel. I am hopeful that the hotel management will address this issue soon, and I look forward to a more refined dining experience during my next visit.

Best Hotel In Rajkot.... I stayed in this Fortune hotel for 2 nights. One of my cousin who works in hotel recommended me this place and i booked the deluxe room through hotel's website by on-line booking. I was very happy with the hotel service and the rooms were nice and clean. I like the facilities such as mini aquarium, also the wellcome bouquet before entering the room. The great support from staff, I'm very happy with them they were cooperative and supportive. Also the food was delicious and the best part of this place is its roof top garden and restaurant which was amazing specially at the night. Surely I will come back to this place once again. And i would like to recommend you to visit this place once.

Impeccable servie by F&B, housekeeping esp laundary staff. Place isn't huge like other big hotels but service is top notch. I loved my stay, thanks a lot to arjun mohanty and his team, Seema and others. I wish you all a great future ahead. Thanks a lot for your services.

Most hygiene hotel I ever seen. Good staff like behavior. Location is very nice.
