I want to express my sincerest thank you to this hotel and the staff here. It's my first time visiting from Canada and I am writing this review right away because they way you handled the situation with the luggage delay. Special thank you to Joshua and Vasu as well as your team for your kindness, patience and understanding. With regards to the cleanliness of the hotel and the food, everything was great. Well stocked bathrooms and amenities. The buffet is huge and has something for everyone. Would highly recommend this place as a great on for foreign travellers. Thank you again... you guys are amazing!!!!

It is adjacent to Marriot. I liked the amount of parking and the easiness to get in and get out. But merging into traffic outside hotel needs special skill. The lunch buffet was very good. Lot of choices for both veg and non veg. Courteous staff. Good ambience. Felt little pricey for Madurai cost of living.

Rooms, service, and hospitality are excellent and location is easy to reach and connect to other places. But the issue we faced is in serving the vegetarian food. A little care in placing and serving the vegetarian and non-vegetarian separately should be taken into consideration. During my visit the dining hall is filled with fish smell and we were uncomfortable to have our buffet.

In terms of the room, it provided a comfortable stay, although its design and decor might be considered old fashioned. Despite that, the room offered all the necessary amenities to ensure a convenient stay. Regarding the dining experience, the taste of the food was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. The restaurant staff appeared to be poorly trained and lacked the necessary skills to deliver excellent customer service. It is evident that they could benefit from additional training to enhance their performance. On a positive note, the front office staff was helpful and accommodating. They demonstrated a willingness to assist guests and address their needs, which contributed to a more positive overall experience.

Nice place with very friendly staff. Had stayed in ITC Bhubaneswar earlier this year. Couldn't help comparing. The room and complimentary items provided there were very different from what was offered here. Since its a chain same was expected. But nevertheless rooms are well maintained and food is good

Nice hotel though the rooms and the approach look dated and need refurbishing. However, the rooms and clean and neat and the service was very good. Breakfast buffet is just ok but my main problem is the lack of quality of South Indian items. Sambar, rasam and other items lacked authenticity totally and as person who has traveled throughout India, I can say that the sambar and other southern Indian items are better in North Indian hotels run by ITC. It is pathetic to note the quality when you have a hotel in the middle of southern india.

I have seen this from day I was a child till now ( I am close to 40 years). I have travelled around Europe si I can understand the terminology of multi cuisine restaurant. With this introduction I would rate the taste of the food was very good (especially when I had a veg platter) Many thanks to chef Ajmal khan. He made the platter juicy and nice. Now coming to the area of improvement, While I was waiting for my platter, The hotel staff Mr Manivannan approached me with papad for which I said no thanks... Then he asked me do you like to have a soup instead... I thought he is trying to fill the gap till my platter arrives and then I also accepted the proposal. Now when I got the bill I was shocked to see veg soup was also included with Rs. 195 plus tax.. in my there was no clear communication from Manivannan on the charges for the soup. Please note that it was not a dedicated soup which was prepared for my request ( if you want to charge) rather he simply went to the buffet counter and got this soup for me. I was irritated. If something could be done, please message me as a reply...
