The staff are very prompt in their service. Absolutely well greeted by House Keeping service - Anitha and this hotel is a great place to be. Can do better to ensure no mosquitoes in the room. Stay was good...!!

We had a bad experience with banquet hall booking. I strongly suggest to stay away from booking the hall with meal option for any of your functions. The reason for this 1 star is that we paid Rs. 1050 per person for the reception booking for 450 people. They said they can serve over 600 people with no issue. However they could not serve the food and guests started complaining that nothing is available in the serving bowls. It started roughly after 150 to 200 people had their meal. They initially arranged 2 food stalls. Due to staff and food shortage, they closed one stall. And lot of our guests have no choice other than crowding the only stall available. There is not enough food and they took extreme delay refilling the serving bowls. Due to staff shortage, few of guests volunteered served the food. We complained the supervisor but no response from him or anyone. We were helpless and frustrated with the behavior of the management and staff. At the end, we complained hotel manager but with his expression, we felt this is nothing new to him. Just for the namesake he shouted on staff in front of us. But we did not believe his honesty. We concluded they made a good money by reducing the food quantity. I believe this has been going for a while. I want to post this review so that at least I can help others who would make other choices and save their money and honor. It was very embarrassing in front of our guests. This can't be forgotten easily and it haunts us for several years. Hope this review helps others to make a better choice. Please do not believe the 4, 5 star ratings. Some of them don't even have any comments. I am sure they are made up to get the good rating. Thank you for reading!

Immaculate cleanliness in every detail. The room was spotless, from the fresh linens to the sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping staff's Soni and Nagaraj attention to detail was commendable, ensuring a pristine environment throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a refreshing and tranquil experience.

Must Try The CRISPY CHILLY CHICKEN & SWEET CORN PALAK in the Chinese Restaurent in the Ground floor, It's a Sad thing they removed the Store in the Ground floor. That was my favourite spot to buy many imported items and Magazines.

Very bad and no proper service in banquet hall department, especially "Amar" banquet hall manager he didn't have proper manager ethics and zero knowledge in handling customer and also no proper maintenance and hall is very dirty seat cover are very bad

food here is literally horrible i visited this resturant for thali i had bad experience they charges me 1742rs for two thali and two 35rs thumps up tins, and the food is very bad and here comes the best part the service girl put on a gravy on my white shirt i have a very bad experience here , please people dont go here for food, a ordinary hotel have way better taste than this literally regret having food here it's very bad in taste, I don't know why they're this bad in food, A road side resturant chef gives u 100 times better taste than here chefs..... seriously if u people planned to make any eat food here think it twice.two 35 rupees thumps up tins cost 450rs and the mrp on the tin is 35rs

In the center and bustling street of Vijayawada is where this Hotel is. Very convenient location for many Business houses. Rooms are well spaced and properly kept. This Hotel has been renovated with modern touches but the wash room reveals the old side of it. Their food and morning breakfast buffet is very good and a wide spread is available to savour upon. Nevertheless, you will have a wholesome experience and will not be disappointed with the price they charge.

Needs better amenities to be provided for the rates being charged. Food taste is also not good. Limited items served in breakfast
