Attended an office event at Fortune Inn Sreekanya in Visakhapatnam and it was nothing short of superb! The venue itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped, making it an ideal location for corporate gatherings. The audio-visual facilities were top-notch, ensuring that our presentations and discussions went off without a hitch. The food was a standout, offering a delectable range of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Each dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and presented beautifully. Service was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall excellence of the event. The hotel's convenient location and ample parking were also major pluses, making it easily accessible for all attendees. All in all, Fortune Inn Sreekanya nailed every aspect, from the venue to the food and service. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a corporate event in Visakhapatnam

Good place if you are visiting for a business meet and don't want to place traveling across city. It's like the city center close to Railway & Bus station

Review depends on expectations and outlook. I stay more at ITC Welcome, so my comparison may be unfair, this was vastly lower on quality for my expectations. For me, this felt more like a good 2 star hotel or an average 3 star. AC was too warm during the entire night as it struggled to cool to the set Temp. Staff is quite good and prompt. Upkeep in genral seemed fine, but overll feel is "just ok".

The room experience was really bad. Started facing problems since day 1. The toilets flush did not stop. It was continuously flushing. Later on The flush stopped working. Told them to fix it. They did however it continuously kept flushing. The next day water started dripping from the AC and the whole room floor was filled with water. After these incidents I decided that I cannot stay here.

We have celebrated our sons first bday in fortune diamond hall. Hotel ambience , the staff and especially Mr Murty was so good in coordinating everything with us. Food was good . We are happy with their hospitality .

We are at ITC's fortune inn at vishakhapatnam and we did not have so pleasant experience. They lack in customer service especially the restaurant staff. Sharing one incidence - they serve eggs omlette on live counter and they have closed place so it was stinking badly. We requested them to just shift this in their kitchen coz it was not bearable and staff was arguing and not ready to do it. Their reception staff also reacted the same way. It was na unusual experience at ITC for the first time. Their housekeeping service is very good.

Today, my family and I decided to enjoy a vegetarian buffet at this establishment. However, the experience left us with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that there was only one starter offered, which happened to be Vada - a breakfast item, rather an unconventional choice for a lunch buffet. Moving on to the main course, we were presented with plain rice and Gobi Biryani (Gobi rice), which we found to be a suboptimal choice.If not a proper Veg Biryani, Pulihora would have been a much better alternative than this. To accompany our meal, we opted for Roti, but unfortunately, it seemed that the waitress had forgotten our request, leaving us waiting longer than anticipated. When it came to the dessert section, the selection was predictable, featuring the common sweet, payasam. Overall, the buffet experience felt more like a simple veg thali rather than a diverse buffet spread, especially considering the buffet's price point. Given my positive experiences with this hotel chain at various other locations, my expectations were quite high, making this particular visit all the more disappointing.
